    Normally i do not tweet, tks fido. Charged for LD, paying is ok, but never knew addon would expire, orig contract does not list that, CS do not have guts to say it must list Even your live chat agent questioned me if I read all the detail!? You think its ethical? @Fidomobile

    @Fidomobile No other company or deliverer (Amazon, Canada Post, Fedex, DHL, UPS) has similar problems and they often deliver more expensive goods. Online ordering is supposed to make life easier but you make it excruciating.

    @Fidomobile been trying to speak to a live agent but it keeps telling me you are closed. Then tells me weekends hours are 9-5pm..help!

    @Fidomobile dear Fido I have spent a week trying to tell you your cell tower at Barrow bay ontario near lions head is not working 😕 9 days and counting its a remote area and the people rely on it I hope you can look into it...please retweet this
