  @Fidomobile I am trying to PORT my number from FIDO to other carrier and your customer service(Aman) they are just disconnecting my call. Meanwhile you guys are just overcharging for nothing. If this is the thing i will escalate this issue and will not pay my bill.

  @eranxah @Fidomobile Ya, just got my bill text message and it was $5 more than usual. I already had a +$5 increase last June. WTH? There is zero added value / improved service I’ve seen to validate it. I thought the @CRTCeng clamped down on sketchy price increases like this.

  While most of our work is in network related threats, a reminder.. phone scams keep rising.. and unfortunately, lots of them are south asian based.. if you get a call from say @rogers or @Fidomobile with a heavy accent.. it's now probably a scam. Call them out.. 'Oh, hey a call from one of those India based scam outfits..' then hang up, and block the number.. (They like swearing)

  @Fidomobile I already cancelled and have the notification since 2026-05-28 the notification id is 2776928255 as of today Fido is still sending me bills. Can you please stop harassing, stealing, and billing me for a service I cancelled more than 3 months ago!

  @Fidomobile hello, I’m needing help today with a Fido roam account issue/error. I’m travelling today but the soonest I can get a call back is Tuesday. I called yesterday also but Tuesday was the only option. Please help!

  @Fidomobile why has it taken 7 phone calls so far, problem still not sorted out, for our Black Friday phone that never made it to us, was sent back to you, then cancelled and now you want to raise our monthly bill with no phone in hand yet. And we’ve been charged for everything.

  @Fidomobile Connecting to a customer specialist is so hard now. Awful experience. AI keeps on scheduling a call, there is NO option to connect directly, even if we need to speak right away. #Fido

  Shame on you @Fidomobile @RogersHelps — 24+ hrs and no callback. After onboarding me back, you became irresponsible. Ambassador agent Chinedu misled me with false info. Fed up with this scam-like experience. Kindly confirm my issue ASAP or I’ll move back to my old provider. #scam
