@Fidomobile I just tried calling tech support and apparently it says that you are “exceptionally closed” lol… online it says your customer support is open for another two hours. Glitch in the system?

@Fidomobile i tried contacting the customer care @ diff timings throughout the day the only response i get is all customer care exec are busy.. if fido can’t solve problems for existing customers it is better fido doesn’t take new customers and make their life hell

@Fidomobile The service levels with Fido are terrible. At this point I definitely wish I choose a different provider when changed over just this past Friday, November 25, 2022.

@Fidomobile I’ve been trying to speak to someone over the phone/on your website about being overcharged on my bill for the past 4 days and keep receiving error messages and having the phone hang up on me. Not the type of service I expect after being with this company over 10 yrs.

I am still trying to solve my problem @Fidomobile they don’t seem to care at all. And then they will charge me for something that I did not buy. Will be changing for another company ASAP

@Fidomobile It takes multiple calls and HOURS waiting on the phone to get anything sorted. I've called in three times in the past week just to activate a new line and get SIM card shipped. Fido Chat keeps disconnecting and I have to wait all over again. SIM still doesn't work!!!

@Fidomobile worst customer service. Just for little commission rep lied to me and sold me something I never agreed too and now I’m being billed without any credit that were promised.
