  Clearly @Fidomobile wants to continue harassing me for money I don't owe. I guess I'll have to make a complaint to the consumer protection office. All this because they don't allow customers to report an invoicing bug, and no reasonable customer support. Incredible.

  Hey @Rogers @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions You can't just change the monthly phone plan prices whenever you want. We agreed on a set price that doesn't change for as long as we have It. We don't care about your investment in 5G network that you've trained your reps to tell us.

  @Fidomobile was signing for a new plan and as usual nothing worked , submitted license and photo then shows message need more information and a contact number shows that is not in service, bunch of incompetent…

  @Fidomobile I already cancelled and have the notification since 2026-05-28 the notification id is 2776928255 as of today Fido is still sending me bills. Can you please stop harassing, stealing, and billing me for a service I cancelled more than 3 months ago!
