@Fidomobile Fido is not resolving issues and trying to exploit customers. Especially students. Customer care takes hours to respond and they create new issues instead of resolving. Please don’t take their services and avoid them at all possibilities. They are useless.

@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions has became the worst service provider. They offered me a good deal for the phone after i port in with @FreedomMobile for the same but they don’t have time to implement the same offer even after a week. Customer service centre needs a lot of improvement

@Fidomobile I bought a mobile and ported to Fido on Dec 27. The phone did not show up until today on my account (I've following up every other day on calls). Now I got an email that it's added but it doesn't have the boxing day deal, neither does it reflect the downpayment. HELP!

@JeffTeravainen @Fidomobile I direct tweeted for assistance at 7pm (as that’s an option). Told they were “experiencing higher than normal wait times” crap…and to expect over 3 hours wait. Finally heard back…15 HOURS later!!
