@Fidomobile worst live chat. Terrible customer service. They disconnected me twice. No one willing to help. Keep getting transferred. I have two phone lines on my account and preordered/bought the new iPhone 13 pro max with them. I will be cancelling all my service.

@CircularLogic89 @Fidomobile Yes. With personal hotspot enabled, USB connected to PC, play YouTube for 10min on PC, cellular data stream away 32.4MB, personal hotspot shows 32.4MB, system service is 14.4KB. If disabled personal hotspot, no cellular data costs.

@Fidomobile WHY every line I call does it hang up saying “Our offices are exceptionally closed!!!!!!” I work from home and need tech assistance, my job is on the line braise of your horrific Customer Service. Wifi not working.

On the @Fidomobile site, when I was shopping for a new phone, I was constantly losing my place when going back to the list. It was also very slow and I couldn't Ctrl+Click for a new tab. I ended up calling their support for help in picking a phone, since the site was unusable.

Again with the terrible @Fidomobile service. Rep put me on hold without saying anything after 8 mins of silence while working on something, still hasn’t come back another 10 mins later 😑

Apparently @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions is more concerned about squeezing every dollar out their new customers, and don’t give a damn about keeping their long term customers happy and rewarding us for be loyal for years.
