Hey @Fidomobile been trying to get contact your customer support the last 2 days. Been on hold for 1 hour and waited/tried to connect with a chat agent with no luck, all ok?

@Fidomobile tried calling twice today. Stayed on hold well over an hour both times to get hung up on by the phone systems. Also tried to online chat and was unable to even be placed in a queue. This is not great service.

@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions , 1.5 hours on hold@to speak to someone. And I though Air Canada customer support was bad. This has to be the worst.
