@Fidomobile @The519 VERY disappointed with the POOR customer service!!! Need to move so ask Fido to transfer internet to the new address. NOT working after moving in, called the technician, was told that an onsite appointment is needed. Booked an appointment and the technician NEVER CAME!

@Fidomobile when are you going to fix the reception issues near 72 and 148 in Newton? I have complained numerous times over the last 2 years. Always told its my 📱 but never given a new one with warranty. Lte doesn’t work, constant dropped calls.

@andrewloverock @Fidomobile Haha. The agent was making fun of Shaw/Freedom as “not our competitor” and how terrible their network is. You’d think they’d at least attempt to give me a half decent deal.

@StephaniesFunny @Rogers Are you serious? They did that to your Dad? Not cool #Rogers . We switched to @Fidomobile last year but all these companies have similar operating procedures to lure you in and then offer you poor service afterwards
