Spoke to customer service and they said they charged me $7 per 100 MB meaning I’m getting charged $7 for 1 lousy MB. No remedy, just suggested to change my plan. #switching

How should I rate that customer service? PS. I am also paying for internet that isn't working so please factor that in too

Fix your chat function- I had two agents in the same chat both asking different questions and had to be verified 6 times!! And ultimately it disconnected me before I could accomplish anything. Insane.
