    @Fidomobile Worst service I have seen ever in my life. I got huge amount of bill and there is no intimation. I asked your associate to add and he added plan from my next month. I will drop Fido services.

    @chatrmobile @Fidomobile Chatr is HORRIBLE and bills every 28 day period rather than a full month I was curious as to why my dates kept changing. Now I'm trying to contact them through their app and it only leads to twitter or Facebook :/ not very professional and extremely shady without receipts

    @Fidomobile i have subscribed to an add on which provides me 1500 mins of international calling to specific countries. But I'm unable to track the usage of the mins on your Android app and website. Pls help me i don't want unnecessary overages

    @Fidomobile Dear team, I am out of Canada and the mobile services automatically started roaming. I am not using my mobile roam and so please don't activate roaming on my number. I tried finding your support but "Ask Jack" doesn't seem to help as expected.
