    The @Fidomobile customer service is probably the most god awful chat/phone line I’ve ever experienced. And I worked for be. Guarantee I’ll get a tweet back faster than their callback request.

    @iFightForKids That's why I switched from @Fidomobile when they raised my price, cause the Ai virtual call in was so unbearable and you could not speak to a human same day. You had to book a callback for several days down the week.

    @Fidomobile your customer service is almost non existent, I got a scheduled appointment for after 3 days and nothing is happening when I picked up the call!! I waited nothing then tried to ask virtual assistant for my scheduled callback then obviously nothing!!

    @Fidomobile I will never use Fido again even after unsubscribing to their emails I did not want when I started my account they won’t stop harassing me I’m getting hundreds of emails every month **** you fido you pieces of **** 💩 it’s been years I’m done

    It’s wild to me that @Fidomobile, which is essentially @Rogers doesn’t have customer service on a Sunday? They’ll let you sign up for their services but if something goes wrong … get ****** :) No ported phone number means no calls. No text. No 2FA.
