@theanarcat @Fidomobile Hello @theanarcat , I am sorry to hear about this 😕 At the moment the normal calls and SMS while you are in USA coverage will work only in case you can find a 2G network for T-Mobile and AT&T. I just sent you a PM with more information. Have a great day, -B.G

  • kcclaveria Kelvin Claveria ⚡️ (@kcclaveria) reported

@MishaAbasov @FreedomMobile @Fidomobile Wait, it is? I thought it was on the same network as Rogers.

Worst customer service I experienced in the last 2 months. I returned the device which I got wrong, even though I waited a lot for a new device after that, I returned the device and it's been a week and still, I didn't get my refund.@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile

@Fidomobile I called your service to assure my line is activated while traveling into USA but I can't make calls. I must use for business. Thanks to follow up

@Fidomobile I have spent an hour on an online chat and an hour on the phone, I returned my modem in Sept. Canada Post confirmed the delivery & you even sent me an email saying you received the equipment! Yet I am still being charged for the modem rental. Please resolve this issue

  • theanarcat anarcat (@theanarcat) reported

@Fidomobile just charged me 12$ for coming too close to the US border #fail anyone can do better than 4GB at 46$/mth and ridiculous roaming fees? @fizz_ca do you have a phone yet?

  • KaeliTheKool KaeliTheKool (@KaeliTheKool) reported

Every time I reach out to @Fidomobile support, I get pressured to cancel my order. I’ve opened files, complained, spoken to customer service on line/by phone/in store, and I get told “keep the order as is cancel the order”. We have a contract, how can Fido fail to meet the terms?

  • theanarcat anarcat (@theanarcat) reported

@fizz_ca @Fidomobile it seems you misunderstood my post as me saying that your service wasn't working. that wasn't it; i'm not a subscriber anymore partly because you (still) do not offer voice-based tech support (and generally fail at support, as this thread and DMs witness)

  • MishaAbasov Misha Abasov 🇺🇦 (@MishaAbasov) reported

@kcclaveria @FreedomMobile @Fidomobile Fido is bad. Finally switched to Rogers two months ago.
