The credit is charged twice and there is no order confirmation and website would just loader/progress bar for ever. Fido customer service don't agree that there is any problem with there website. So frustrated!!

Allan Holder (@allanholder1) reported@Fidomobile I want to cancel my cell phone service with Fido but find it impossible to get through to them. If they are deliberately trying to discourage people from cancelling by making them wait extended periods on the phone, this is a reason to not sign up with them at all.
