    @ZizouZaahid @Fidomobile That's why I left Fido. I was a loyal customer for 8 years and never got any good plans or deals with them. I took my money to @FreedomMobile and been happy ever since. Just got a iPhone 12 at $0 with my previous balance waived off.

    @Fidomobile I heard a lot of bad things about Fido from my friends and I didn't believe them at that time. I lost great offers bcuz of your employee n Jean-Talon store. He told me to upgrade my plans after 28th of this month and when I signed n my account in-app The offers gone

    How is everyone I know getting these really nice text/deals from their phone providers. @Fidomobile never sends me anything. I am livid. After me and my family been loyal customers for so many years. Anyone know any new providers? I think it's time for a change.

    @Fidomobile I will get the notification for exceeding minutes, nobody believes me and gives so much stress during the worst time. I have a lot of future plans with fido about getting a new phone with them once i will get a job. But now you will going to loose your one loyal cx.
