Support says it will be fixed by 6 pm = 6 hours without internet on business day, when many customers are working from home. Amount and duration of outages have become unacceptable over the last few months. Moving to Bell.

Rajveer Singh (@rajveersinghsa) reported@koodo Definitely, I will move to @koodo because @Fidomobile customer care executive promised me to provide JBL Tune 125 WTS but I haven’t received that. I called them then they said that we do not match offer with any provider. So why should I stick with Fido? I don’t have contract.
