    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions I just got a notification that I have used 100% of my monthly 10GB but that is impossible because my plan restarts every 27th of the month. Can’t help but feel like this is a ploy to get me to upgrade to 30GB for more money 😒

    @Fidomobile Today I had a very bad experience with Fido customer agent . I was charged $112 incorrectly based on the incorrect information provided by Fido rep and now they are not willing to credit the amount that was posted incorrectly. Can someone suggest next actions ??

    @Fidomobile Agent told that they will connect with Manager and disconnected the chat. I have never had this worst customer experience. Whether there is any way to take this matter legally ?

    @Fidomobile I bought the new Iphone13 during Black Friday sale and within 30 days the price has dropped by 17$/mo on the same phone during boxing week! Customer care said they can’t do anything. I’ve been a loyal customer for many years but this feels like cheating, please help
