@FidoSolutions Not only has there not been service for hours, your customer service is a complete joke. Online chat = "sorry unavailable right now". Call in = "due to unforeseen circumstances unable to take call" and I get dropped. Really? @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions

Why isn't @Fidomobile saying anything about the fact that their network is down, apparently across a wide area? There are hundreds of complaints on Twitter since this morning. This is not acceptable.

Hey @Fidomobile I’ve been on hold close to an hour to resolve my flaky phone network issue and have to be serenaded with your awful top 40 playlist while waiting. Have been a customer since 2003 - when are you going to pickup my call?! What lousy customer service!
