    @Fidomobile @Fidomobile FidoRoam got activated without any consent. Received email and SMS for the same and there is no guidelines attached to that to CANCEL it. Live chat Queue position is more than 50 which would take more than 30 minutes to chat. Be competitive and take care of customers

    Hey @FidoMobile, thanks for your ****** customer service. My Mom called since she hasn’t received her bill yet, but was basically told it was because she can’t manage her finances & can’t pay her bills? Well, excuse me. The mortgage is paid off, & ALL bills are paid on time.

    @Fidomobile Why have I gotten 6 text messages from Fido reminding to pay me bill...make that 7. I have a negative balance on my account. Make that 8 texts. I got an email this morning showing my balance. Fix your automated texting service...9 texts.

    @Fidomobile I received a bill this morning for an account I canceled over a month ago. You guys have the worst service that’s why I left but yet I’m still getting charged and having to deal with ur ppl who don’t know how to do their jobs

    Cell phone companies are the worst! My phone is almost paid off $65 for 8 GB for which I use less than one is absolutely ridiculous yet they can't offer me anything less so I go looking elsewhere never mind they changed my profile illegally in June @Fidomobile
