    @CxoxMarie @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions Nope It’s not even shipped. Worst customer service ever from Fido. Why take an order if the phones are out of stock. They don’t even mention that phones are out of stock so we will ship it to you once back. Pathetic! 😔

    @Fidomobile i am trying to contact fido customer care from last 3 days thru chat/call but never i am able to connect to customer care . Didn’t know fido has such a poor customer service for the existing customers

    @Fidomobile On Friday, Fido confirmed the device was received after 2 hours of wait on the phone. Fido customer support lied I would receive a contact email by Monday. I said to him that he was lying, so he told me he would call me on Monday at 11am. He did not call.

    @Fidomobile i was calling you on your customer support number but every time from your side you cut the call what’s going on I didn’t understand very unresponsive from @Fidomobile

    @Fidomobile I got a defective device and returned. Fido cannot do anything at this moment as Fido cannot discharge my financing obligation. I was told to call back next week. Another 2-3hour wait, I will never get my new phone, but Fido continue to charge me for no service.

    @Fidomobile My experience has been terrible. It is not possible to sort out problems with Fido.
