@DanielleAlanah @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile This is probably the dumbest thing I've heard today, people have jobs and businesses that rely on telecommunications to work properly. For those of us that work and PAY for their services this is utter nonsense, I don't give a damn what the cause is it lost me time and money

@Fidomobile Phone has been down in the Kitchener/Cambridge/Waterloo Region all day. Have not been able to receive or make calls all day long. This is ridiculous and there had better be a rebate on our Bill's for at least one day of service.
