Do something 2 get it fixed permanently. Everytime it is taking almost 45 minutes 2 talk 2 customer care. An inefficient support from #fido

So basically I didn’t get what I signed up for and they gave me 10bucks off but took 3Gb away. Don’t go for online offers. Fido disappointed me after being a loyal customer for 20 years
