@Fidomobile We used to have great signal at our cottage. So strong I could use phone as hot spot for laptop for work. Now, we barely get 1 bar. FaceTime won’t work. Phone calls cut in and out. CAN’T GET ANYONE AT FIDO WHO CARES. Just the brush off.

  • NadeemAhmadhere Nadeem (@NadeemAhmadhere) reported

@Fidomobile Well , i guess you need to add a factor in your algorithm that targets customers who would value it most. Isn’t that what traditional marketing sense is all about ? In your case , intention seems to be target the customer who will never use the promo!!!

  • Bruce_Winter Bruce Winter (@Bruce_Winter) reported

@MJForbes @Fidomobile Customer$ are a pain in the the a$$, when they have the temerity to engage.

  • hadley4ipswich Philip Hadley (@hadley4ipswich) reported

@Fidomobile I am not giving out personal information over Twitter. How about a complaint email address? I don't have another hour to sit await to but cut by your staff again?

  • adrideanna Adri (@adrideanna) reported

@Fidomobile why is it so frustrating dealing with your customer service team? I need a simple port-in completed and for some reason it it’s taking more than half an hour for a rep to grasp that. Oh wait, I know why! Because you already got my business…

  • garethsports Gareth W (@garethsports) reported

Anybody else with @Fidomobile having issues making and receiving calls lately? It's been hell all week, most incoming calls go straight to voicemail without showing a missed call, and it takes several tries to dial out. Atrocious call quality quite often too.

  • JanisThiessen Dr. Janis Thiessen (@JanisThiessen) reported

Hey @Fidomobile, about the extra data for being a loyal customer: thanks? But I never use all my current data anyway, so this is not useful or meaningful. What about a $ credit on my bill instead?

  • __sushiboy Sushiboy (@__sushiboy) reported

@SueHorner @Fidomobile @Rogers same problem here. today aug4th just got my fido bill. no credits given for july bill. they still charged me full amount for july

  • melsays MELSAYS (@melsays) reported

@Fidomobile I've been trying to reach your customer service through askJack and on the phone and I can't get through to anyone. I want to discuss my latest bill, can someone help? Thank you!

@misterbumface @Fidomobile They will tell you that you should have called them prior to traveling abroad to turn off Fido Roaming. I think that is illegal as Fido Roaming charges are NOT linked to a specific service they provided. POOR USER EXPERIENCE!
