@Fidomobile Today is Sunday, trying to talk to someone in customer service (billing) and they are booking for Tuesday… what kind of service is this?

  • Har24242 Har2424 (@Har24242) reported

@Fidomobile One hand government is saying we are controlling cell phone bills and on the other hand Fido increased $3.50 monthly from next month saying " we are assuring you to give better service" this is not acceptable we all need to cancel the service

  • Mr_Teekay jay makinze ❼ (@Mr_Teekay) reported

hi @CRTCeng is @Fidomobile allowed to unilaterally increase the monthly price for service without any prior notice?

  • _AMOIT_ BFFR_Gahdammit (@_AMOIT_) reported

Hey @Fidomobile, I bought a BYOD plan online and ported my number over, but my eSIM is still stuck on SOS after 24 hrs. I can’t call or text, and AskJack is telling me to schedule a call (how, if I have no service?). Please check DMs and help me fix this ASAP.

  • ravipalgoyal Ravi Goyal (@ravipalgoyal) reported

@Fidomobile My phone with Fido eSIM has suddenly stopped working, and I need a replacement eSIM for my new phone. I can't find an option in the app or on the website to order one. How can I get this sorted and restore my service ASAP?

  • sailingangi Angini - The Sailing Therapist 🇨🇦 (@sailingangi) reported

Hey @Fidomobile you charged me for 2 days of roaming when it should’ve been only 1. Now the person I’m trying to get help from is saying they’re sending me a link. This isn’t how I work! I want this resolved by a human please

  • fostersusan261 Susan Foster (@fostersusan261) reported

@Fidomobile you should get some real people on the help line. Not your stupid AI bot. It's not helpful, and I need my problem fixed now, not in three days time when your 'specialist' can finally call me back. Also your app needs some help.

  • pureshotzz TheRealPureshotzz (@pureshotzz) reported

@Fidomobile where is my google pixel 10 pro XL!?!? I pre ordered it and on release day it's on back order... and when I tried to talk to customer service was basically hung up on twice because every time i was transfered it would just send me back to the automated operator.

  • nitinv8 Nitin Verma (@nitinv8) reported

@Fidomobile @Rogers please please cancel my FIDO mobile connection. I have been trying to get it done for last 3 months but apparently your customer service doesn't work anymore. My account number is 50470501

  • HarlowJourney Harlow Journey (@HarlowJourney) reported

@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile I don't know whether I should say that it's working again. It is, but a phone service that only works for part of the day is not ideal. I highly recommend that people avoid Fido. Is Fido affiliated with Rogers? @Rogers ... Yep owned by Rogers. Will avoid them too then.
