    @Fidomobile On Friday, Fido confirmed the device was received after 2 hours of wait on the phone. Fido customer support lied I would receive a contact email by Monday. I said to him that he was lying, so he told me he would call me on Monday at 11am. He did not call.

    Hey @Fidomobile how is it that i can try to reach out to customer service for 4 days over social media the app and phone and have still not been helped? I get black friday is a busy time but 4 days and i cant even be connected on the phone??? Come on

    @Fidomobile i tried contacting the customer care @ diff timings throughout the day the only response i get is all customer care exec are busy.. if fido can’t solve problems for existing customers it is better fido doesn’t take new customers and make their life hell
