The customer service experience is abhorrent, have to wait 45 mins to speak to monster managers that don’t have the ability or the human decency to be good people.   @Fidomobile Today I had the worst customer service experience with 2 different Fido representatives in my 15 years that I have been a Fido customer. I would not recommend or refer a friend to Fido under any circumstances.

  @Fidomobile the company is fraud... Please never purchase their service... I am an international student landed a month ago, these the sales man has misguided me and eventually they are charging 633 dollars as a phone call bills!!! Pathetic
