@FidoSolutions I don’t want promotions, I don’t want corporate pride garbage. I want to see @Fidomobile take some firm stances on things. I want to see you take a firm position on trans rights, I want you to confront the news that’s coming out of the states and that is spreading into Canada.

@Fidomobile Thanks for throwing your weight around on Twitter, and mocking your customer base. I have 4 lines, how much money does that represent over 5 years

@Fidomobile I am repeatedly getting spam calls masked under my OWN number. You REALLY need to up your spam-prevention game. Called customer service multiple times, to no avail.

I find it an issue when CS reps ask you what’s wrong and you tell them what the issue is but they fail to actively listen your concerns. I shouldn’t have to repeat myself 6x what’s wrong for you to grasp what’s wrong.Communication skills are important! @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions

@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions Well! I just returned from a road trip where I decided to use my cell phone for nav rather then purchase a Garmin Drive. Holy cow…for 15 days I am now nursing a $300 bill whereas I could have purchased a nav device for $150. Never again. What a rip.
