Used to tell everyone they should switch to @Fidomobile cause it was so great. Now I'm getting the worst customer service imaginable. Wild

@Fidomobile Bought a used fido phone in June. No issues. Now it is blacklisted. Have text convo with seller saying the phone is clear, not stolen. Do I have any options here? I want to keep phone.

@Fidomobile I spent 15 minutes on hold, finally got through to a member of staff, he said he was just collecting some information about my account, another 10+ minutes waiting, nothing & then I get cut off!! I have left Canada for now so I want to cancel my contract

@Fidomobile Your support guy did nothing and has not got back to me for 30 min. Do I have to buy a SIM card or new phone and contract with a carrier that cares?

@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions Charged with 467$ for last month bill. Great way to rob customers. Multiple alerts would be sent to subscribe for new services but not even a single message to inform about a expiring service.. #quitFIDO #NeverAgain

Disappointed with @Fidomobile I've been charged for the devices although I returned them within 30 days. Since 2 months I am following up for the refund, everything executive says that it will be adjusted in next bill! Really should have though before switching to your network!

@Fidomobile What does it matter when you discontinue peoples phones when they travel abroad. I paid extra for a comprehensive international package, and I can’t even make a phone call in the UK. Try letting people have their phone service instead of handing out prizes.

@Fidomobile However, much to my surprise I was charged for all of these. Very unfortunate. I called customer service and they told me they can’t help as there’s no proof. Are you kidding me?

Hey @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions you're internet sucks and your tech "support" can't really help.
