    This @Rogers/ @Fidomobile problem is not just affecting my work, but affecting my medical care as the doctors require that they can call you on a number, which does not work. This was an appointment I had been desperately waiting on. Doctors do not use video calls either.

    Hey @Fidomobile where's my network? How come I can't send messages or make calls? I paid my bill. I always pay my bill. What's up with FIDO in #yyj? is it just me? Or is the whole network down? Thank God for wifi at times like this.

    @Fidomobile Your system is down. If I’m on the west coast and going to Twitter seeing what the response is, it should already be here. It’s ok to admit when you’re broken. Don’t show that your ability to engage is broken too.
