  @Fidomobile sucks ! If you're with Fido consider switching service providers. I suspect this is Rogers' grand plan to poach Fido customers but they won't get me. I'd much rather go to a whole other provider! Don't DM me asking for my account number either. Just do the needful !

  @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile @Rogers Wow Fido just tried to cheat me into paying for an account that’s been cancelled for a month. Not only did they cancel and refund for one month but they decided to restart to charge me.. like wtf!!!

  @Fidomobile What is wrong with your custserv? AskJack is 100% useless, then tells me to phone. On hold for 30 minutes, I go to AskJack to request a callback & it says "maybe I can help you first." When I say it can't, it says again "Call us at 1-877-331-9209" & disables typing.
