@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile no technology is bullet proof, expect everything to fail some time. Angry people here do nt understand technology. What is the ratio the service was up? 99,99999% maybe. Keep a wire line of your life depends on phone but stop complaining like child !

@kingmagemtl @Fidomobile Me personally. After this I'm leaving. They can pay themselves for their phone and any breakup fees. In 30 years I never heard of nationwide wireless outage in peaceful time.

@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile It is hard for all of the fido users. Please provide update. As Not only I all the fido customers are facing problem. I had an phone interview today. Due to the network issue it couldn't happen. Kindly fix the issue as soon as possible.

@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile - It is more than 16 hours of outage. It is unfortunate that Canada is not opening up to competition. We have most expensive plans. So why can' t we get back up quickly? #fidooutage. Is profit your only goal and not service?
