@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions Fido customer service is a JOKE. Activated my modem at 10:30 this morning and my wifi still isn’t working. Not to mention I’ve been on hold for tech support for an HOUR. & DM’d their Twitter.

@Fidomobile to the surprise of literally no one, I have not received a call back from the win back team despite over 5 requests. I have asked a supervisor to escalate my complaint to the OoP but have yet to receive a response. I need this resolved today

Thanks, @Fidomobile for offering the same deal! For reference, @koodo’s sales rep became extremely rude when I told him I am going to decline their offer because I got a good counter offer by Fido. Also, @kodoo hasn’t posted anything on Twitter for months! It matters!

@Fidomobile your online portal is not letting me change address (unknown error). Also askJack is not working (unknown error). I wanted to buy a phone and now I cannot. What’s going on with your tech?!!

Had an awful experience with @Fidomobile. Not sure why this company does not stop lying about the deals. They try to attract you to the service and then give you less than promised.

  • HyrulerHo Matt the Hyruler Ho Ho Ho (@HyrulerHo) reported

@Fidomobile app won't update so I can't login to see my account

@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions what kind of service do you even offer your clients?

@FidoSolutions Hi Van, I have a phone contract with Telus as well (and I was with Rogers before that for 12 years) and I have never faced such an issue. Make sure YOU find smarter ways to steal from people. I will make sure everyone knows about this problem with WhatsApp and @Fidomobile 👏👏

Holy ****, now that we've switched to @Fidomobile internet, Tumblr loads so ******* fast now. All the gifs load instantly. Wow, this is incredible. Is this what it feels like to have normal internet that isn't @Distributel?!
