    @Fidomobile WOW @livesupport asked a perfectly legitimate question as to why i can't have my billing date changed to the beginning of the month, the agent literally hung up on me, no answer.. just f* rude.

    @Fidomobile why is it that I get messages only after I turn on my cell data plan even though I have full reception/bars/wifi? This is. It the first time this has happened. Do you still have network problems?

    @Fidomobile how can customer contact you it’s becoming harder, askJack has limited options, call customer service after all options are exhausted it points to askJack it’s in loop.

    @Rogers @Fidomobile I thought there was a promise that customers like me, would not lose mobile. I can tell you that's not true. Checking down detector shows that the service has been randomly going down all over Canada. Why? #rogersoutage
