@Fidomobile Why has no CSA been able to assist with this issue? Wifi calling in another country when I am on airplane mode and only wifi. I have been charged for this can called twice and tried talking to someone on the online chat many times. It’s not okay!

@Fidomobile don’t lie on your website saying 1-2 weeks shipping. Your customer services says phones will take 4+ weeks. I ordered online because it was convenient but I would have went to a Fido store if you put 4+ weeks on the we site. ******* blushit

Hey @Fidomobile I haven’t been able to work for two days due to text message verification not working, and your tech support just transferred me to Rogers internet service support??? I’ve been on hold for an hour. What does a customer have to do to get support from Fido??

@Fidomobile Funny thing. After being on hold for 2 hours and 20 minutes with Fido, then finally speaking with a rep., thinking I’ve taken care of what I called about, I learn today it was a complete waste of my time. Yay I get to call them again! Maybe they like customer calls…
