    Had three horrific conversations with 2 utility service providers @Fidomobile and an academic institution today @ucanwest. Glad I have options to change my service plan & select another school to continue my Exec. Edu. Nobody pays attention to customer service anymore?

    what happened to @Fidomobile they use to be so amazing w customers even better because you never needed customer service. Now it’s seems every issue takes 4 calls/transfers. And then a follow up bc of issues. I just wanna give you my money and have a plan & phone that works 😢

    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions worst networks ever worst prices 😡🤬 my home internet is out since last night still I am being charged for nothing no compensation if it’s not stealing what is it it’s happening every others day, I am missing my school classes

    @Fidomobile No other company or deliverer (Amazon, Canada Post, Fedex, DHL, UPS) has similar problems and they often deliver more expensive goods. Online ordering is supposed to make life easier but you make it excruciating.

    Is it just me or is @Fidomobile 's data spotty on weekends? Fine Monday to Friday, crappy on weekends. They must turn the power down on Saturday and Sunday.
