I paid extra for a comprehensive international package, and I can’t even make a phone call in the UK. Try letting people have their phone service instead of handing out prizes.

Jagan Krish (@jaganasan) reported@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions Zero customer experience and trustworthy retail stores. Bought a sim from Fido Pearson, asked for data and international calling. Retail store forgot to add a long dist addon. I'm charged 1000+ now. Nobody is ready to fix it up.
