Kirito96 (@kirito_9668) reported@Fidomobile whoever is working on your AI needs to be let go. Other companies out of the box AI will do better than the **** you have. Now hard to train your AI.

Aephraim Steinberg (@QuantumAephraim) reported@Fidomobile What is wrong with your custserv? AskJack is 100% useless, then tells me to phone. On hold for 30 minutes, I go to AskJack to request a callback & it says "maybe I can help you first." When I say it can't, it says again "Call us at 1-877-331-9209" & disables typing.

Philomena Gunk (@macaghalla) reportedI've had @Fidomobile since 1996. 30 ******* years. Today, I had to schedule a call back with an agent so that I can escalate an issue to a Supervisor, who will call me back in 48-72 business hours. Needless to say, I'm taking recommendations for a new provider.

Fari Tow (@EffTee1) reported@Fidomobile Fido is increasing their "agreed mobile service rates" very often! this is really disappointing. @FidoSolutions #UhhappyCustomer

Kevin ⚜️ Dorfer (@kevindorfer) reportedHey @Fidomobile, just landed back in Canada after a month in France and... guess who's pissed? I have this line with Fido, calls and texts only, since my data come from my other sim, French plan. No worries, I'd think. Wrong. They slapped me with $108 more—turned out, every time someone rang my Canadian number and it went straight to voicemail, boom, $18. Six times. Even though I never answered... anyhow, it's insane and next level greedy! My previous line was with @Bell and they never did this crap.

cpslifestream (@cpslifestream) reported@Fidomobile WTF is going on? I have to schedule a call and wait a couple days for someone to get back to me as a paying customer?

Evan (@evanoftheyukon) reported@Fidomobile My issue is that I'm with Bell right now, and I haven't moved my number over (thankfully). This means that I'm stuck with a temporary Fido number that I would need to pay to port out to another provider. So I'm forced to call in order to cancel.
