    @Fidomobile after talking on the phone for 90min with fido and the manager telling me there’s nothing we can do to fix the problem that we created and you have to bare the consequences of our mistakes i don’t think there’s anything anyone at fido can do to make me not regret being with fido

    If i didnt have a 2 year contract with @Fidomobile i promise i would have burned my phone down and chopped my fingers off for ever dealing with this ****** company. I dont say that lightly, ive been a loyal customer since 2016. #wosrtcustomersupport #worstmanagement #useless

    . @Fidomobile I am quitting you tomorrow in case it proceed as it proceeds. 2nd day in a row in new toronto neighbourhood there is fido home internet outage. You are not informing why it happens. I am working from home , you owe me money I lost cause of your negligence

    Hey @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile - I upgraded my phone with you recently and was told 2-5 business days to receive my phone, called customer service and the phone is back ordered 4-6 weeks, why didn't you disclose that information beforehand?? Love Fido, but I'm very disappointed!

    Why did I order a new phone since March 6th from @Fidomobile talk to 3 customer service agents and a supervisor and cannot get my order by now. What's really happening with @Fidomobile these days? Customer service is nonexistent with them...I'm so disappointed 😞

    @Fidomobile Last few days when I open the app it redirects me to a browser window and won't let me log in. My family, also on Fido, same issue.

    @FidoSolutions has been quite useful in the past. Not today. 3 hours after first explaining my issue I am still saying the same thing! No help whatsoever, @Fidomobile
