What the hell @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions? I just got $60 in US fees on my phone bill when the last time I used my phone in the states was in 2020? Not only do I refuse to pay that but I'm going to cancel my account after more than 10 years with you. This is bullshit!

@Fidomobile I need to cancel 2 plans - your store staff, phone staff and web services have all provided incorrect info, poor service lack of facilitating cancellation and even transferred me to a different company! Extremely disappointed, horrible service, I expect a remedy ASAP

@Fidomobile Why are you charging fees based on a time-zone that the customer isn't even in? I get charged two roaming days even though it's one day in the local time-zone. Such sleazy tactics like this is reprehensible.

@Fidomobile Oh no apparently not disappeared, just "that was a time-limited discount that we offered you as apology for all the trouble, but we didn't place the order within the time limit, so now you have to pay full price again"

@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile why is no one talking about your major service outage in Montreal? What are you planning to do for your clients? We've been out of power for 46 hours and fido has been down since Wednesday. Even now LTE access has been shotty at best. Thank god for @Bell wifi...

@Fidomobile Considering you guys email me for every other little thing that happens, I find it poor business practice that your only notification that my base fee would be going up $2 was ONE message on ONE bill in February, with no other reminder or communication.
