    @Fidomobile I contacted your customer service at 14:00 this afternoon +1 (888) 481-3436. The employee transferred me to a manager called Bianca. She’s quite rude. didn’t solve a problem for me and even yell at me at the end of conversation then hung off her phone call when I was speaking.

    @Fidomobile I’ve never experienced a horrible customer service like that. Unprofessional, hostile and crazy. This manager should be sent to a retraining program and teach her how to talk with a customer with courtesy!

    So disappointed and upset with @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile I’m on disability and made payment online, first time it finally came up error payment not received. Then puts both my $175 payments thru, customer service says my fault call bank ! 2 days later I find out

    @Fidomobile this is my 5th or 6th issue with internet THIS MONTH. Talked to internet support and was told there is a problem in my area. Told the rep that I need more data to work properly with a hotspot… he transferred me …. Been on hold for almost 2 hours and can’t work.

    @Fidomobile Hi Fido! I received a call from your Fido office (844) 379-4293 at 9:13am this morning. The person said he’s a Fido supervisor. He threatened me that if I continued to complain on Fido social media or to Fido customer service via phone calls, he will kick me out of Fido service.
