    @CxoxMarie @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions They were heavily dependent on factory in China it seems. Factory is shut down due to covid I guess. Shocking that there was no back up plan seriously. How come they ignore Black Friday and cyber week demands? 😳 Also on Apple website, latest ship date is 28 Dec! So we're screwed

    @Fidomobile worst customer service! Call rep lies! I was told I will see credits on my bill and not on agreement. Now my bill is here and no credits that were promised on blackFriday.

    @Das1986Priyanka @Fidomobile @WAGE_FEGC It’s too late they’ve already waded into diversity and inclusiveness check out their rainbow flags. I definitely think they need to step up their game considering they charged me for a service I’m not using, they’re going to pay me back over six months though so lucky me 🙄

    @Fidomobile has charged me wrong twice. Been on the phone for 3 hours and no one answers. What am I supposed to do? Keep paying more for a service that barely works???

    @justlauralove1 @Fidomobile Fido technicians seem quite confused. They don’t understand my question and have no solution either. I have sent many messages, but I don’t think they really know what my question is.

    @Fidomobile 10 days since I ordered the new service. I haven't got any reply as when will it be delivered. For last 8 9 days I simply couldn't connect with you. When I did, all I got is the info and not any action. Can you tell me whom should I approach? Pathetic c/service! #fido

    @Fidomobile worst customer service. Just for little commission rep lied to me and sold me something I never agreed too and now I’m being billed without any credit that were promised.

    Not able to contact Fido customer service(1-888-481-3436) , @Fidomobile @fido as we have some credit on current bill which was not applied on bill. Please look into it. Thanks!!
