Jennifer Leigh (@WriteLinesInk) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia@Fidomobile you stupid people. I have better things to do with my life and spend 45 minutes waiting on the phone for you to answer tech support. And if I had goddamn data God I wouldn't need to phone you would I? Brennen (@brennenkovic) reported@Fidomobile needs to update their device prices on @Samsung phones. They charge you full launch price on older models even tho the manufacturer has cut the price down significantly. You end up paying much more per month than you would going direct with no added benifit.

Edward Martin (@s00098543) reported@Fidomobile are crooks, got internet not long ago, saleswoman was really nice, got a tablet as a bonus. They never said It was a 24 m contract. They want the money for the tablet back. I'm going to Ireland 😔 I know you have to read contract but they should be honest. Watch out.

Zach Burke (@zachburke5075) reported from Norwich, Ontario@desxsmith @fido No problem. Used to work for Rogers (Fido parent company). They don’t always work but if a case is opened with the CRTC then it can be used as leverage and hopefully will sort out the issue faster. I would call them after you have filed a complaint.

Neil (@imneilocampo15) reported from Montréal, Quebec@Fidomobile worst company ever. I will change to Rogers.
