@Fidomobile ur website is a joke, I tried buying a wireless plan online, provided all the details including my cc and dl, u guys hit my credit and on the last step I got “something went wrong”, now my credit score went down and I dont even have my new fido connection.

Funday @Fidomobile thought today would be a randomly great day to cancel our internet service for no reason (legit they did that no joke for no reason) THEN they can’t figure out how to turn it on THEN send me to a store with no modems. 4.2gb in hotspot for WFH and counting. 🤬🤬

Not sure who to direct this to @Fidomobile or @FidoSolutions but I just had the worst #FIDO experience where I had different employees telling me different things & someone who told me he would not document our conversation truthfully. Have Interact# from the event. Please help!!

@brett_dillman @Fidomobile Fido used to give fido dollars as loyalty program used for service & equipment. After collecting fido dollar’s for years they cxl this Bull **** loyalty program with ZERO compensation to us suckers. That is EXACTLY what fido thinks of it customers

@FidoSolutions my mistake that I told you abt U r not charging me device fees.. after telling you many times about deal I received and down payment thru pc points done current bill have wrong device charges . Is it really difficult to do simple math calculations? 😐 @Fidomobile
