    @Fidomobile Fido failed to fix fido app, after one month and 20 days when eventually quit fido they fixed it and send an email to me saying your app is fixed and account is linked to youe account. Whats the point in doing this when I already quitt. this is waht fido serves like.

    @Fidomobile another week went by and my voicemail is still in French. No support from Fido. I have been placed on hold for hours

    @JollySweets @Fidomobile @VirginPlus It's ridiculous. The explanation is hilarious "in order to improve our service offering, we're charging you 5 bucks. Thanks for being a longtime customer!".

    Horrible customer service from @Fidomobile . After being with them for over 15 years plus they increased my price and when I called to ask they tried a bandaid fix. Guess this is their way of saying they don't value me as a customer. 🤬 Time to shop around to other providers!

    @Fidomobile you guys are useless oh. Someone is calling for help for something and all your people want to do is push offers of higher phone & internet bill, upgrade phone or get Mastercard. Couldn’t even help resolve my issue. USELESS!!!

    @Fidomobile @CBC @CP24 Dear Fido! Your customer service was best till few yrs back. Now, it's worst among all. To get hold of customer service, one has to wait almost a week. What a pathetic service..... I guess Bell is far better.... SHAME....
