    @Fidomobile @Rogers how can you only have virtual customer service? I have an issue that they can not resolve and the earliest I can speak with a human is Wednesday morning … how is this possible? This is unacceptable service!!!!

    @Fidomobile I have been trying to cancel my phone service by calling your company multiple times. Each time I inform the representative that I wish to cancel my line, they hang up on me. This is unacceptable and reflects very poor service. Please address this issue asap

    How is @Fidomobile an actual “tele-communications” company? 🤷🏾 how can you not be able to talk to anyone? I’m embarrassed to say I’ve been a customer for 20 years! 🤬 Their “Artificial Intelligence” is built off their “Actual Intelligence” so nothing works #IKNOWFRANZ

    @Fidomobile hey Fido thought when there’s an outage my cell should work. Barely does with this @rogers outage today. One bar and I have tons of cellular data. 😡😡😡😡 funny it works here on x go figure!

    @Fidomobile Terrible online + phone customer service process! C’mon! You guys can do better than a poor bot! Ppl can’t even speak to a person without booking an appointment weeks away???
