    I've been trying to cancel my phone line with @Fidomobile, and as far as I can tell, they've made it completely impossible to do that. Every time I've called (4 times) and gotten to the point where the rep realizes they can't convince me to stay, they hang up.

    @Fidomobile your customer service is almost non existent, I got a scheduled appointment for after 3 days and nothing is happening when I picked up the call!! I waited nothing then tried to ask virtual assistant for my scheduled callback then obviously nothing!!

    @Fidomobile @CBC @CP24 Dear Fido! Your customer service was best till few yrs back. Now, it's worst among all. To get hold of customer service, one has to wait almost a week. What a pathetic service..... I guess Bell is far better.... SHAME....

    @Fidomobile Terrible online + phone customer service process! C’mon! You guys can do better than a poor bot! Ppl can’t even speak to a person without booking an appointment weeks away???

    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile used to be the best Now #fido is terrible. I have an issue and need to wait until Wednesday for a callback. #worst #CustomerService
