    Furthermore, if the customer returns back to Fido, they will charge the same connection fee they already charged. Why does a customer have to pay connection fees multiple times for the same operator? Why @Fidomobile is not doing a fare #telecom business ?? #rogersoutage

    Im confused why @Fidomobile even has storefronts anymore when they can’t actually do anything to help and you always have to call customer service anyway. Rather annoying🤨

    @Fidomobile Hi i guess i have very clearly explained 3 issues that i experienced so i dnt feel i have to explain it muliple times . It looks like fido people are intentionally rolling on things .

    @craselrau @Fidomobile @Rogers Having to buy the extra data because of the outage at our data is such an insult. Here customers, pay for our mistakes on the day of and again!

    @Fidomobile I got a faulty fido phone 2 weeks ago. Fido says its a software issue, go to Samsung. Samsung says its a network issue, go to Fido. Try to buy a whole new phone. Can't. Have to wait 30 days. How do i get a working phone?! Endless loop of people who don't want to help

    @HocKeysidhu @Fidomobile They don't always waive the charges if assisted by customer service. Sometimes they have promotions to waive them. Those promotions might only be store specific as well. If that store didn't enter the proper code to waive the fee, you might need to return to that store.

    Hey @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions why are you (fraudulently) charging customers for International Roaming when phones are in AirPlane Mode (iPhone) and data roaming is turned off? Happened to two of my mobile numbers. Customer since 1999. You need to refund these charges ASAP.

    3 weeks before the Rogers black out my data went from 3G to H+ then back to LTE+ within a couple hours.. that is exactly what happened today in the exact same area it happened last time @Fidomobile I hope you know of these issues happening and it's just a an issue
