She’s quite rude. didn’t solve a problem for me and even yell at me at the end of conversation then hung off her phone call when I was speaking.

He threatened me that if I continued to complain on Fido social media or to Fido customer service via phone calls, he will kick me out of Fido service.

Support says it will be fixed by 6 pm = 6 hours without internet on business day, when many customers are working from home. Amount and duration of outages have become unacceptable over the last few months. Moving to Bell.
