    The @Fidomobile customer service is probably the most god awful chat/phone line I’ve ever experienced. And I worked for be. Guarantee I’ll get a tweet back faster than their callback request.

    Just opened a 4th phone line with @Fidomobile. They’re trying to charge me $80 for doing this - when the set up should’ve been free. Now I have to wait five days to talk to an agent because that’s how poor Fido’s customer service has become.

    @Fidomobile Hey, I upgraded my phone online and ordered a store pick up. This was nov 16th, but I havnt gotten an update yet to pick up the phone! What's going on??? I called into CE and they say they cant help. Store wont pick up my call. 😠 😡 😤

Got a called yesterday from Fido to make a complain and the next mail I got was my account has been changed to a mobile plan of $45 monthly This is really wrong and I didn’t request for such. *** Fido should contact me immediately to correct
