    Ordered a phone +2 months ago and still haven't received a single update regarding the phone and no response. By far the worst customer service I've ever seen in my life is @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions . I'm done. Changing my service.

    @Amandajoness11 @Fidomobile And wth the fido app is called "my account"? It's always a pain to find it on the phone because the name is not related to the service. It's name should be something like "my fido" or "fido account"

    @Fidomobile Hi, Fido, I could not find your customer service anyway,...I have transfered my mobile to Fido.. it cdoes not work for many days, while I could not find your customer service/tech support.. all you staff are on vacation.

    @Fidomobile been trying to call you for days. Currently two hours wait time. Please respond. Disappointing lack of service. Went to a Service booth at a Mall. ‘Call Customer Service’
