    Been on hold with @Fidomobile for close to an hour for a billing issue where they’ve overcharged me. First two calls they simply disconnected me and told me to call back. 🥴😵‍💫

    I had heard that @Fidomobile is worst in customer care but never realized how important is to have responsive companies to work with until had a serious billing issue and not able to get to support for 3 days straight. 4 hour call queue

    @CxoxMarie @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions They were heavily dependent on factory in China it seems. Factory is shut down due to covid I guess. Shocking that there was no back up plan seriously. How come they ignore Black Friday and cyber week demands? 😳 Also on Apple website, latest ship date is 28 Dec! So we're screwed

    @Das1986Priyanka @Fidomobile @WAGE_FEGC It’s too late they’ve already waded into diversity and inclusiveness check out their rainbow flags. I definitely think they need to step up their game considering they charged me for a service I’m not using, they’re going to pay me back over six months though so lucky me 🙄

    @Fidomobile Thanks to FIDO for telling me my upgrade would arrive in "2 to 5 business" days when it is actually going to be 4 weeks. If customer service had been honest about I still could have purchased in store for the black Friday Promo and now I'm **** out of luck. 🖕
