@Fidomobile Hi Corey, I’ve already checked both links — it clearly says my phone is compatible. VoLTE is enabled, and I’ve restarted the phone as well. Still no service. Please help me resolve this issue.

  • saurabhmkj Saurabh Mukherjee (@saurabhmkj) reported

@Fidomobile then? what’s the solution? are we gonna get the usual customer support?

  • peace_wallet B-urself (@peace_wallet) reported

@Fidomobile I didn’t receive any new SIM — it’s my old SIM card. I already validated everything over online chat, shared my IMEI and SIM card number, and was told everything looks good. Still facing the issue. (Suspended)

  • sepideh_208 sepideh (@sepideh_208) reported

@Fidomobile I got it from Fido, it's Motorola edge 2024, my old phone was not covered by fido network anymore so fido sent me a new phone. I activated the new simcard on my new phone yesterday and it was working but today I received the text saying my service is suspended

  • skimzyyy RoYan (@skimzyyy) reported

@Fidomobile @Fidomobile what the hell is happening to your customer service contact line? Wait time is almost an hour without a call back. Also, I want to suspend my account for a while.

  • rouquinne rouquinne 🇺🇦🌻 (@rouquinne) reported

@Fidomobile I have been a customer for almost 20 years. Do you REALLY think that my current phone won't work on a 4G network? Do you REALLY think I'm still using a 20-year old tiny Nokia phone? I tried and tried to call the number you sent to me to give my updated information.

  • peace_wallet B-urself (@peace_wallet) reported

@Fidomobile Why is my service suspended even though my phone is 5G compatible and I followed all the settings exactly as mentioned on your website? Can someone explain what's going on?

  • FranciscaVerg16 Francisca Vergara (@FranciscaVerg16) reported

@Fidomobile You never said there was an extra charge, and this isn't my fault. You're the ones to blame. I'm very upset. If you don't resolve this now, I'll have to cancel my plan.

  • rouquinne rouquinne 🇺🇦🌻 (@rouquinne) reported

@Fidomobile It says they can't tell if my device is compatible. Obviously, my device IS compatible - I have been using it for 2 years on your network with absolutely NO problems! I'm not interested in getting an expensive new phone if that's your next suggestion.

  • FranciscaVerg16 Francisca Vergara (@FranciscaVerg16) reported

@mrxisonx @Fidomobile Fido is a scam. They can't possibly charge us a fee for this. It's okay to lose service, but charging a fee is the last straw! I have a 5G-compatible phone, and they still charged me! This deserves a massive collective complaint!
