    @Fidomobile Connecting to a customer specialist is so hard now. Awful experience. AI keeps on scheduling a call, there is NO option to connect directly, even if we need to speak right away. #Fido

    @Fidomobile Hey, I upgraded my phone online and ordered a store pick up. This was nov 16th, but I havnt gotten an update yet to pick up the phone! What's going on??? I called into CE and they say they cant help. Store wont pick up my call. 😠 😡 😤

    @KWoodash @Fidomobile Pls I need help with my Fido account. Got a called yesterday from Fido to make a complain and the next mail I got was my account has been changed to a mobile plan of $45 monthly This is really wrong and I didn’t request for such. *** Fido should contact me immediately to correct

    @Fidomobile you guys are the worst! No live support, only call back requests with no actual call back. I need to link my accounts and have been trying for weeks. I will switch over to a new company if I don’t get this resolved asap!

    What gives @Rogers, I order a phone, you cancel that force me on that plan. Tried to order another one. 8 days in and nothing. @Fidomobile had a tablet out to me in less than two days
