    Good luck getting to speak with a live agent at @Fidomobile in an emergency. They'll just change your phone number without reason and force you to book an appointment for another before someone hopefully gets back to u in time. Fantastic work 👏🏾

    Hi @Fidomobile, I’m abroad and my 6-month line suspension is ended. I can’t call from here and chat couldn’t help. Can you please either extend the suspension or cancel my line to avoid charges? Can I keep my number for reactivation later? Thanks!

    @Fidomobile Got off the phone with them 20 minutes ago. It’s very frustrating, especially when the guy I was talking to had long pauses between questions and couldn’t answer simple ones. I asked if there was anything he could do to help, and said no.
