@Fidomobile curiosity did not bring me here. Originally I came for a phone and a contract but fido shafted me and negated on their customer service persons promise and guarantee to me. And Fido is incapable or unwilling to say they were wrong and they want to make it right.

@Fidomobile You said you would credit all accounts for the April 19th blackout on the May bill and that we didn’t have to do anything.... Well, I didn’t receive my credit on my May bill and that’s poor customer service and dishonesty.

46 hours and home internet is still not working. Called Fido tech support right away. It took a second time contacting them for them to actually issue a ticket, and that was 43 hours ago! Absolutely unacceptable. @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions
