@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile I just got back on the Fido network after the crazy outrage yesterday, and I randomly got a text saying “welcome to the US- your roaming is on”, but I’m not in the US. What’s happening here? Is this a glitch caused by the outage? Am I being charged

@Fidomobile @Tradgik_ Don't worry guys! They've assured me they will credit me 4 dollars for this... Absolutely ridiculous. They still couldn't explain on the phone why or when this will go back to normal. They couldn't tell me what the issue is.

@Fidomobile yesterday, my phone indicated “no service” due to the outage. Since last night, my phone indicates “searching.” Am I simply one of the unlucky who’s service has not been restored, or it’s there some action I need to take to access the network?

@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile I need 6 months bill credit for the outage..I have to get new bell connections to do my work .. I don’t accept 1 dollar credit from fido..for me both home internet and cellular was out .
