    @Fidomobile My issue is that I'm with Bell right now, and I haven't moved my number over (thankfully). This means that I'm stuck with a temporary Fido number that I would need to pay to port out to another provider. So I'm forced to call in order to cancel.

    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile Hi, I need to change a basic talk & text plan due to leaving Canada for a long time, but I couldn't find any downgrade plan on mobile plan pages. No complaint email provided, asked Jack bot nothing changed. Please help, otherwise suspend your line 😡

    @Fidomobile I dispute this balance and need someone from Customer Relations to finally resolve it before any collection action is taken. I have been frustrated beyond belief by your conflicting customer service representatives.

    Looks like i’m going to be filing a complaint to the CCTS about @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions since they decided to SCAM ME and now are making it IMPOSSIBLE to contact them. Complete and utter JOKE.
