    @Fidomobile Hey, I upgraded my phone online and ordered a store pick up. This was nov 16th, but I havnt gotten an update yet to pick up the phone! What's going on??? I called into CE and they say they cant help. Store wont pick up my call. 😠 😡 😤

    Looks like i’m going to be filing a complaint to the CCTS about @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions since they decided to SCAM ME and now are making it IMPOSSIBLE to contact them. Complete and utter JOKE.

    @Fidomobile - your service absolutely sucks! My dad's eSIM isn't working and there's no way to talk to a human. Your chatbot tells me that a human will call me on Tuesday evening! It's Friday! Who has time to wait 4 days.

    Wooow @Rogers @Fidomobile you claim to be the number 1 yet there is no support after 7 or 8 pm. I transferred my number from Fido to Rogers replied YES and still got a cancelled after 90 mins message. Now support is closed and I cannot call anyone. What a joke. Shame!

    @Fidomobile I will never use Fido again even after unsubscribing to their emails I did not want when I started my account they won’t stop harassing me I’m getting hundreds of emails every month **** you fido you pieces of **** 💩 it’s been years I’m done
