    @Fidomobile how come your customer service via phone have such rude and disrespectful workers? Last two times I called each associate just wanted to argue. Why such argumentative behavior? I was calm the whole time and mentally checked out because of how ridiculous it is.

    @Fidomobile Internet is down in M9L1 are since early morning today, more than 8 hours passed. I had to take day off at my work from home office. When will it be restored?

    @Fidomobile is there an issue with the fido app? It won’t let me log in. I’ve deleted, reinstalled and repeated with no luck.

    @Fidomobile I will make a formal complaint with CRTC. It is my human right to be helped. FIDO will lose millions if it is reported that a child under the age of 18 dies because FIDO “chose” not to hep. I need a call back as soon as possible.

    @Fidomobile - Some of the worst retention customer service experience ever. An account holder for 15+ years cant get a competitive plan like that of someone who has been on the account for 1 month. Please match your retention with accordance to your competitors. Its disappointing

    @Fidomobile I cnt keep answering security questions. I can go into a Fido store with I.D and they can confirm I am the account holder. I am a loyal customer & tell you not to put my daughter in danger. Fix the issue. Wen she calls in, assist her
