We repeatedly requested to cancel our mobile plan as we are no longer living in Canada, yet we keep getting charged. Emails have gone unanswered, and this ongoing lack of support is totally unacceptable.

I suspect this is Rogers' grand plan to poach Fido customers but they won't get me. I'd much rather go to a whole other provider! Don't DM me asking for my account number either. Just do the needful !

Bell sets a strong example of how customers should be treated. Rogers is billing old #, Fido is billed new #, and her existing Rogers number should have transferred over. Who do I start with for help?
