1st you have US wait 2Hrs to get a hold of someone, only to get disconnected or cold silence! Been with this company for many yrs and hold 3lines! While there're better plans & service don't why I waste my time! Something needs to get! ASAP @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile @Rogers

@Fidomobile nothing quite makes a customer feel valued like sitting on hold for almost an hour, finally getting connected to someone, getting out on hold then 'due to unforseen circumstances we're unable to assist you, call again later'... TWICE.

@Fidomobile I had a problem with my order yesterday and now I can't get through to anyone to fix the problem. I've been a Fido customer for one day. I'm more than willing to cancel the order if I can't get through to anyone.
