There's probably a bug in the upgrade (CPU overload etc), so the redundancy wouldn't help much. Just my guess, but it's possible - the timing suggests something like that.

Doctors don’t even go into the office neither do their staff, they call you from cellphones/home phone. There is no way to just reach them, also like NO ONE KNOWS HOW LOMG IT WILL TAKE TO RESCHEDULE!!
