  @Fidomobile One of the worst customer service provided by a Call Centre Supervisor that I have come across in life. Absence of empathy, listening, and customer focus in a Call Centre Supervisor is unbelievable in a Telecommunication Company.

  When you get your certified preowned phone from @Fidomobile and the headphones are covered in ear wax and red marks so you contact them and they say they can’t do anything since they aren’t broken....is this not a health violation?

  @Fidomobile you have such a poor service and customer support.Its been a week I am calling everyday to see issue with my internet.Before having the plan with you,I asked about coverage and I was confirmed for proper coverage.
