I have a billing discrepancy, and I am very disappointed with the @Fidomobile customer service. We had an "ongoing" offer for 1000 international minutes when we added a line. Suddenly, the minutes expire, and we have to face an 800$ + extra bill!

@Fidomobile What the point in having extras if all it ever lands on is the blank blue spot? Your service sucks on that part

@Fidomobile You know what? I’m not furious anymore. I think it’s very interesting. The supervisor was very rude but serious and looked like he got the universal truth on his side. He treated me as an enemy instead of a customer. I want to remind him “calm down”!

@Fidomobile Hi Fido! I received a call from your Fido office (844) 379-4293 at 9:13am this morning. The person said he’s a Fido supervisor. He threatened me that if I continued to complain on Fido social media or to Fido customer service via phone calls, he will kick me out of Fido service.

@Fidomobile Actually I didn’t expect you to change a thing for me. I’ve already stated shopping around to look for a new provider after the disgusting customer service. But you came to me this morning without apology but an absolute threat. Bianca yelled at me, you threatened me, what else?

@Fidomobile No internet in Thornhill since 12pm. Support says it will be fixed by 6 pm = 6 hours without internet on business day, when many customers are working from home. Amount and duration of outages have become unacceptable over the last few months. Moving to Bell.
