    @Fidomobile Is there any issue going on with Fido network in waterloo region? I have 2 connections from Fido and both are not showing any connections from morning. Can’t call customer service or chat due to unavailability of call or data services.

    @Fidomobile if this outage goes on for a lengthy time can we get rebates on our plans for the day(s) it was out? Im not hating I'm just wondering.

    Hey @Fidomobile I was told I wouldn't be charged a set up fee by two reps and I just got my bill and there it is 🙃 can't call so what do I do to fix?

    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile - It is more than 16 hours of outage. It is unfortunate that Canada is not opening up to competition. We have most expensive plans. So why can' t we get back up quickly? #fidooutage. Is profit your only goal and not service?
