    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions I got a write off of $87 when I switched my line from Fido to freedom mobile 2 years ago, I settled my bill with Fido when I was switching to Freedom. Can you please help me? I can’t get any car loan because of this write off

    I took 2 lines from Fido on September but no bill is issued till now and in between both lines got suspended and call the customer to get active again but they have not given the clarification and asked me to call again really very horrible service. @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile

    @Fidomobile I received the worst service from Fido today. The associate quoted me a higher price for a device than whats on the site. Spoke to a supervisor and he tried to back track on the calculations. Just overall bad service.

    @Fidomobile black friday #promotions are an absolute #scam. If you are a #LOYAL customer you cannot benefit unless you make an upgrade. And the amounts they advertise differ from one store to another!

    Horrible customer service from @Fidomobile! Was offered a plan from an agent and when I called back they said it was an invalid offer. Been a customer for over 10 years, maybe it's time to change providers 😡😡😡...glad I'm on a month to month...
