@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions NO FIDO!! Fido promised giving me 5G more data without extra charge, while changed my plan with higher rates, without informing me, charged me $50 more every month. I am new customer since January, this is really disappointing. Will change provider.

@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile has worst customer service, First they started overcharging me, after spending hours with them, they agreed to correct their issue but only after 2 months, so for next 2 months I will be overcharged, and after that they will correct that.

@KarenWenLin @Fidomobile They also charge for roaming when your roaming is turned off in another country. Apparently WE have to call them to opt out. Huh? Never had to do that with other companies. Brutal.

@tamcos71 @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions Oh man that sucks! My roaming is off too. Fido credited back my money because they couldn't prove I was down in the states on calls and texts and using data. I rarely touch my phone when I'm outside Canada. Can you ask them for the proof you were on your phone?

@Fidomobile my once 30GB for $60 plan was once again increased in price without warning or notification. My plan is now $79 - though in march the a 30gb plan advertised for $65 with credits. I thought the whole merger w/your parent company and shaw supposed to drive down prices
