@Fidomobile Someone called me yesterday from ur team after I ported to another network. When I asked her what is the offer she hung up the phone. No point of her calling me when bringing back client was never the intention but only making outbound call was....lol

I had heard that @Fidomobile is worst in customer care but never realized how important is to have responsive companies to work with until had a serious billing issue and not able to get to support for 3 days straight. 4 hour call queue

@Fidomobile Fido prepaid charged my an account an auto refill erroneously (my monthly auto payment was the day before and there were no calls/texts). It's been almost 2 weeks since I was promised a refund in 3-5 days, and support says they can't check the status.

@Fidomobile I've been trying to get hold of support for some days. I ordered a phone on black Friday deal seeing I would receive it within 2-5 business days. Now I'm moving out of current home and need to change the delivery address....can you help with that?

@CxoxMarie @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions They were heavily dependent on factory in China it seems. Factory is shut down due to covid I guess. Shocking that there was no back up plan seriously. How come they ignore Black Friday and cyber week demands? 😳 Also on Apple website, latest ship date is 28 Dec! So we're screwed

@Fidomobile Yup just spoke to customer retention which confirmed that the corporate evil overlords have tied the hands of staff to fix any billing problem by creating a strange workaround that returns my money in 6 months, pfft. I’m so NOT surprised that you’re keeping my money 6 months
