    @Fidomobile very bad customer service. Firstly, a long hold and then nobody answers. I need to speak immediately with someone. Have unauthorised charges on my billing.

    @Fidomobile stole 300 dollars from me. When caught, after customer service hung up on me several times, I had to go to a brick and mortar store to get help. Then they decided they wanted to keep 65 dollars for the convenience of returning stolen money. They owe me plus interest

    @Fidomobile I made a 49sec call ("60cents/perMin"), however I was charged $1.20. Are you so evil and greedy that you have to steal 60cents from a person that's on a prepaid phone plan?! Capitalism at its finest. #CORRUPTION Fix It!

    Legit hate getting voicemails from @Fidomobile ! Can u guys stop!? Like dude my phone's already slow when booting up from power off state. Voicemail loading lags the hell out of it.

    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions I’ve been out of internet for the past 16 hours and the live chat tech support is absolutely useless. Pls fix my wifi/discount my monthly bill or I will switch to Bell 👿

    @Fidomobile AND you charge for Fido Roam but your network doesn't work properly in the country you mention it works, and because you make it so difficult to reach support, customer is left helpless. NOT AT ALL COOL!

    @Fidomobile **** YOU! Your repair guy uses my wife's phone to give HIMSELF a 5 star rating, BREAKS BOTH OUR PHONES worse than before, and you say "your claim to repair is denied, you're only allowed 2 every 365 days"? Worst customer service ever. TOOK 3 WEEKS to get that answer!?
