    Not able to contact Fido customer service(1-888-481-3436) , @Fidomobile @fido as we have some credit on current bill which was not applied on bill. Please look into it. Thanks!!

    @Fidomobile contract is expired and trying to renew in one of your shops. Told I have to call customer service. Over 5 hours wait still no answer. What a joke company you are…🤬🤬🤬

    @Fidomobile Yup just spoke to customer retention which confirmed that the corporate evil overlords have tied the hands of staff to fix any billing problem by creating a strange workaround that returns my money in 6 months, pfft. I’m so NOT surprised that you’re keeping my money 6 months

    @Fidomobile Is there just anyone who can reply the message or answer the call? I have a problem, and I called the support number and left messages through social media but got no response yet. The service is just so bad.

    @Fidomobile worst customer service. Just for little commission rep lied to me and sold me something I never agreed too and now I’m being billed without any credit that were promised.

    Been on hold with @Fidomobile for close to an hour for a billing issue where they’ve overcharged me. First two calls they simply disconnected me and told me to call back. 🥴😵‍💫
