    @Fidomobile your internet service is horrible my modem has been down for 3 days. Your wait times are more than ridiculous. I have to wait an hour to speak with someone.

    @nashls @Fidomobile They try to tell me the issue isn't their cell towers but EVERYONE on the Rogers network in the County is having this issue. Switching to the 3G network helped (settings>cellular>cellular data options) but it's not great.

    @FidoSolutions Sorry, I think you've misread the tweet. I mean to say I'm regretting it very much as the number of scam calls and fraud texts/ links I recieve has gone up in huge numbers. For both me and my husband. Very disappointed at the service now @Fidomobile

    @Fidomobile please fix the voicemail feature!!! Today I could not listen to my voicemail because your system is faulty. come on. My voicemail is clogged, because I've got a series of voicemessages from quite a few telemarlketers and I can't delete them most likely empty messages

    @Fidomobile Service for Fido / Rogers users is out in Northern Ontario. Mobile data is spotty and outright useless phone calls not connecting.

    @Fidomobile Hello Fido @FidoSolutions please explain my bills with the intel roaming call charge $3/min calling from Pakistan to Canada. I was told $0.50/min before I travelled here. Couldn’t find any rate agreement on your website and couldn’t login my account. Please help!
