    @Fidomobile Hi, I don’t know what’s wrong but I don’t have any cellular service since last night at 8. I’ve reset the network settings, restart and airplane mode but it still doesn’t work.

    @Fidomobile honestly did you just send me an email saying how "it's hard times and fido wants to help" thrm younthteat to cancel my fido account that's never been canceled in 10 years.... I will be done with this junk service by next year.

    Come on @koodo why beat around the bush. If an existing customer calls and says they can get a better plan @Fidomobile for the same price just give them the deal, even more so when the spouse got the deal without a problem 4 days ago. #failing customer service.
