    Clearly @Fidomobile wants to continue harassing me for money I don't owe. I guess I'll have to make a complaint to the consumer protection office. All this because they don't allow customers to report an invoicing bug, and no reasonable customer support. Incredible.

    @Fidomobile @carlycahcah that is BS i have tried too get a call back numerous times!!!!! never call when scheduled. what the hell kind os service is this????? How come we cannot get onto the site?

    @Fidomobile It got fixed. Fido refused to acknowledge it was your cellular system. Once articles came out your company did something. Terrible service.

    @eranxah @Fidomobile Ya, just got my bill text message and it was $5 more than usual. I already had a +$5 increase last June. WTH? There is zero added value / improved service I’ve seen to validate it. I thought the @CRTCeng clamped down on sketchy price increases like this.

    Ever since you guys switched to the 5G network my phone barely works. Since March nothing works for me. I can barely receive calls, texts or even connect to a network when I need data. @Fidomobile why am I paying for a service and getting abysmal service ? Cancel my account !

    @Fidomobile & @Rogers, UR mobile customers would appreciate U configuring customer service support queues 2 call us back, rather than have us wait on the phone for extended periods of time (unless U call first thing in the morning) Please add your hours to after hours recording

    @Fidomobile I will never use Fido again even after unsubscribing to their emails I did not want when I started my account they won’t stop harassing me I’m getting hundreds of emails every month **** you fido you pieces of **** 💩 it’s been years I’m done
