    @Fidomobile Fido failed to fix fido app, after one month and 20 days when eventually quit fido they fixed it and send an email to me saying your app is fixed and account is linked to youe account. Whats the point in doing this when I already quitt. this is waht fido serves like.

    @Fidomobile @carlycahcah that is BS i have tried too get a call back numerous times!!!!! never call when scheduled. what the hell kind os service is this????? How come we cannot get onto the site?

    @Fidomobile So this is prioritized over taking care of current customers? A friend with a recently deactivated phone needs to reactivate but without the fido number active there are 0 means of reaching customer service. Chatbox non-functional, no ability to reach anyone on phone.

    I've been trying to cancel my phone line with @Fidomobile, and as far as I can tell, they've made it completely impossible to do that. Every time I've called (4 times) and gotten to the point where the rep realizes they can't convince me to stay, they hang up. (1/20)

    @FidoSolutions The callback option was 2-3 days away!!!!! That's unacceptable. The phone number is used for WORK. Please fix this ASAP. @Fidomobile @fidosolu

    @Fidomobile hello, I’m needing help today with a Fido roam account issue/error. I’m travelling today but the soonest I can get a call back is Tuesday. I called yesterday also but Tuesday was the only option. Please help!
