@Fidomobile hi; why was I charged long distance calls that I made through WhatsApp by Fido? I called your customer service and was told that WhatsApp charges and uses your network so I talked to them and they only use data not a cell network of Fido! Unbelievable by Fido 😖

@Fidomobile Changed my plan as i accepted an "exclusive" offer. But didnt know that i will loose credit for extra line. Also $5 upgrade was more like $10. My bad didnt read the fine print. How can i revert back to my original plan?

@Fidomobile When comes to service, this company is proving worst by every passing day. 193 +Tax over charged, when service reps confirm with you on phone that they have policy to put hold the moment you are close to overcharge. #shameonfido #worsttelecom
