@Fidomobile I am so disappointed with the service. I changed a plan in January and thought that it might add the additional packs by itself. But it did not and I just realized I have paid about 300 dollars so far on that. That too I randomly checked the bill details.

How disrespectful is it that I have been with @Fidomobile for years on a $90 30gb plan, and my friend just join @Fidomobile a couple days ago and is offered a $60 30gb deal. @Fidomobile you are about to lose a loyal customer

@sa1nt_cha0s @Fidomobile It was the insurance's repair shop on the uni campus🙄 "u break we fix" or some **** idek So now because fixing it didn't work I had to call back, and they have to wait for approval from higher ups for a new replacement phone.. could be a few days 🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃

Apparently @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions is more concerned about squeezing every dollar out their new customers, and don’t give a damn about keeping their long term customers happy and rewarding us for be loyal for years.
