    @Fidomobile @CBC @CP24 Dear Fido! Your customer service was best till few yrs back. Now, it's worst among all. To get hold of customer service, one has to wait almost a week. What a pathetic service..... I guess Bell is far better.... SHAME....

    @Fidomobile do you think customer wouldn’t pay attention and you can charge em whatever your if they find Fido will say sorry and will do the correction ?? This is call rip off, shame on you @Fidomobile now you will ask for to send me private msg so you can save your image 😡😡😡

    @Fidomobile I have already left Canada since June 2025 and will no longer use this plan and phone number. However, Fido keep charging me for 5 months. I can not cancel my plan online and also I can not talk to a specialist. Please help me to cancel my plan and STOP CHARGING ME anymore!

    @Fidomobile Hey, I upgraded my phone online and ordered a store pick up. This was nov 16th, but I havnt gotten an update yet to pick up the phone! What's going on??? I called into CE and they say they cant help. Store wont pick up my call. 😠 😡 😤

    Hey @Fidomobile you charged me for 2 days of roaming when it should’ve been only 1. Now the person I’m trying to get help from is saying they’re sending me a link. This isn’t how I work! I want this resolved by a human please
