    @Fidomobile @Rogers how can you only have virtual customer service? I have an issue that they can not resolve and the earliest I can speak with a human is Wednesday morning … how is this possible? This is unacceptable service!!!!

    @Fidomobile haven’t had my phone plan for a year and already you’re increasing the rate? Wtf. It’s been like 10 months since I switched to Fido. Tried to contact someone through chat but it seems only option is phone call. I’m deaf, I prefer taking to someone chat

    @Fidomobile Pls I need help with my Fido account. Got a called yesterday from Fido to make a complain and the next mail I got was my account has been changed to a mobile plan of $45 monthly This is really wrong and I didn’t request for such. *** Fido should contact me immediately to correct
