Hey, Happy **** Day. Just wanted to say I HATE @Fidomobile customer service. I have huge regrets for coming back to this provider. My advice, stay far away.

  • ddxlsha Dilsha (@ddxlsha) reported

@Fidomobile I was charged my plan amount for both my lines even though both are on a temporary suspension and has been for months now (it’s still actively on the temporary suspension). When I try to reach out for support there’s only robots available and they don’t understand.

@rasendunanavati @Fidomobile @Rogers Exactly the same issue..have a similar phone and been billed 84 bucks on this with no reversal by Fido. Phone interaction- I2429037112

  • opinionated_fin Neil (@opinionated_fin) reported

@Fidomobile But why should it apply..my device is a one plus 5g device. This is just a manufactured way of charging customers.. you're making customers leave your service by this tactic

  • Amal8710 Amal J (@Amal8710) reported

Your phone signal says emergency calls only and you can't call @Fidomobile right away cause they have that stupid call back service! For what? Useless! **** @Fidomobile I'm leaving 😤 the competitors have better pricing and signal!!!!

  • opinionated_fin Neil (@opinionated_fin) reported

@Fidomobile Please help with reversal of charges for 3g transitioning to my account. My CC reference I2429037112. Been a loyal customer for a couple of years, but this sort of unnecessary charges will make me switch

@Fidomobile I don't want to talk to a machine RUDE No option Just want to pay bill Bank paid to wrong account Horrible customer service Don't want to talk to a machine💩

  • LaerayaFPS Laeraya (@LaerayaFPS) reported

@Fidomobile Got off the phone with them 20 minutes ago. It’s very frustrating, especially when the guy I was talking to had long pauses between questions and couldn’t answer simple ones. I asked if there was anything he could do to help, and said no.

@Fidomobile Thank you, please ask the tech guys to fix your website. You can’t send text to home phones. You need to unblock the system. Have a nice day.

@RitzChawda @Rogers @Fidomobile Hey Ritesh, our phones here support VoLTE, I have it on has I'm typing this but Rogers is intimidating and extorting customers into their monopoly over what devices we choose to use. They called it grey market, I call it Rogers wanting complete control over us cell usage.
