@Fidomobile wow, just realized you’ve stolen money from my account because I didn’t check the rollover for a free 2 year iPad data plan. you’ve taken my $ for a service I don’t use, won’t use, and I’ll bet you’ll just laugh at me for not looking at small text on my September bill

Been on hold with @Fidomobile for close to an hour for a billing issue where they’ve overcharged me. First two calls they simply disconnected me and told me to call back. 🥴😵💫
