    @Fidomobile I scheduled a call back for the next day to change my account. I get the call back and the service rep hangs up on me or “disconnected”. Now I have to wait until tomorrow to schedule another call back. This isn’t available online, please can someone just help today?

    Hey @Fidomobile, I bought a BYOD plan online and ported my number over, but my eSIM is still stuck on SOS after 24 hrs. I can’t call or text, and AskJack is telling me to schedule a call (how, if I have no service?). Please check DMs and help me fix this ASAP.

    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile @Fidomobile unblock roaming network doesn’t change plan price in use! Ur rep said they how after a call it ended as new contract with plan price changed! It looks rep making customer fool

    @Fidomobile One hand government is saying we are controlling cell phone bills and on the other hand Fido increased $3.50 monthly from next month saying " we are assuring you to give better service" this is not acceptable we all need to cancel the service

    @Fidomobile I’ve been a Fido customer for 28 years, likely one of the longest, yet I’m thinking of leaving because you won’t offer a plan which includes US data and calling similar to @FreedomMobile talk me out of leaving Fido?
