@Thnk4myslf @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile It’s been 14 hours for some of us.. this started at midnight for me .. I‘Ve already ordered new bell service lines.. as soon as Fido & Rogers is restored I’ll be porting my #s out.. They just lost a 20 year+ customer based on their handling of this situation (or lack thereof).

@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions I hope your company is giving compensation for this inconvenience....the thing is I had to come on twitter to realize why my phone wasn't working....no notifications or awareness from Fido itself to inform their customers about the issue🥴🥴🤔🤔.....

@CBCAlerts Some customers? Try all. Including a huge number of staff working in hospitals. During a pandemic. I haven’t had service all day. So, @Rogers and @Fidomobile, it’s not intermittent and it’s not some customers. And we’ve had no updates. So, what’s the plan here? #rogersoutage

Luckily (?) I live close enough to the US border that desite the @Fidomobile / @Rogers outage, I can roam on AT&T. I thought this only happened at the beach!

@FidoSolutions it’s been hours and the service is still down!! When is this going to be fixed? I pay my bills on time and this is what I get? I’m missing important calls due to this. I hope @Fidomobile will compensate all of the affected customers!

I’m with @Fidomobile, & haven’t had mobile service all day, because of @Rogers. Besides it affecting my ability to do my job, I also haven’t been able to book a vaccine appointment. This is now beyond just an apology with no mention of when things will be fixed, @RogersHelps.
