    @Fidomobile Despicable! Profiteering during a pandemic ? **** off @Fidomobile

  • KulD7 Kul (@KulD7) reported

    @Fidomobile very angry with your service. I’ve called 3 days in a row, spent more than 2 hours on the phone and still no help. You got me to switch back to you from @koodo and messed up the switchover. Your ‘win back’ team is supposed to call me and there is no way to connect

  • hollykent Holly Kent (@hollykent) reported

    @nashls @Fidomobile They try to tell me the issue isn't their cell towers but EVERYONE on the Rogers network in the County is having this issue. Switching to the 3G network helped (settings>cellular>cellular data options) but it's not great.

  • stychentyme Chris Gilbert 🇨🇦 (@stychentyme) reported from Delta, British Columbia

    Wow, very disappointed in @Fidomobile. I’m a long-term customer trying to update a plan and the chat person basically said no. I wanted to keep to my price point but I guess no options. Not happy at all. 😔

  • hollykent Holly Kent (@hollykent) reported

    I bought my phone through @Fidomobile shortly before my network just stopped working in my region. The cell towers are overloaded and I can't my phone unless I'm connected to wifi or outside of Prince Edward County. I've been speaking to tech support for months, no change (cont.)

  • tominhalifax Tom Johnson (@tominhalifax) reported

    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile Fido customer service may be the worse I have ever encountered. Putting me off and ghosting me seems to be the strategy after a week. I tried to cancel my service but after 15 mins and no response I hung up and can't even cancel ! AVOID Fido!!!!!!!!

  • KostaMika Mika (@KostaMika) reported

    @Fidomobile You sell 5G phones yet you don’t offer 5G service and you don’t even mention it to the customer when buying, not very happy with this. I’ll be returning my 4 phones on Monday and switching provider!

  • _Djawe Dave (@_Djawe) reported

    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions I wanted to buy a Fido number with a plan online, but anytime I choose the "PLANS" and then "add a line", I see an error saying that Fido facing a problem and contacting to support! it is for days and no solution yet. I want to buy it online and no time for go to store right now

  • acaSigoYo Ale. (@acaSigoYo) reported

    @Fidomobile what is wrong with service today?. It has a constantly bad signal, and I think I am paying for the best service. What happened?

  • proudblaster3 Proudblaster3 (@proudblaster3) reported

    @Fidomobile Rather than giving these prizes you should work on your network coverage. The are really bad in Brampton.
