    Are there any phone companies in Canada that still have people that answer the phone to respond to customers? My contract with @Fidomobile is up and they no longer provide this customer friendly service.

    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile Will be checking for credits to both phone lines that failed from late night 18 April to early morning 21 April 2021. Millions affected & $millions lost by all Canadians BC of the lack of service 😡

    @FidoSolutions I called the fraud department today again and left a message again and again. Not available. And normal customer service is not able to help me because I can't access my account - my account has been suspended because of THAT FRAUD ISSUE!!! Unbelievable. @Fidomobile 2/2

    @Fidomobile No news on the Bill credit even after calling them repeatedly. I have already paid over 750 dollars in my 1st three months of Fido service where I should only be paying around 80 every month. Tired of this, Fido!

    Thanks @Fidomobile simply asked for compensation for the outage yesterday. Got 5 bucks a month off my bill for the next 6 months and 3gb of data extra for 3 months
