    Today I received a promo call from @Fidomobile that trying to convince me to resume my mobile plan inFido.When I was trying to explain that I don't have plan to transfer back, the service specialist RUDELY HANG UP my call! Are you trying to convince me NEVER get back with Fido？

    @Fidomobile Home Internet is down in M9L1 area since early morning today, more than 8 hours passed. I had to take day off at my work from home office. When will it be restored?

    I ******* guarantee you that if your dumbass company spam calls me randomly during the day I will never buy one of your products ever again and tell others to avoid it too. @Fidomobile stop this ****. I want my phone to not be able to receive calls anymore. Its just a spam fest

    @Fidomobile I cnt keep answering security questions. I can go into a Fido store with I.D and they can confirm I am the account holder. I am a loyal customer & tell you not to put my daughter in danger. Fix the issue. Wen she calls in, assist her

    Hi @Rogers , already 7 hours with no internet and no coming back scheduled. The bad news to me is that I’ve ran out of my cell data … the good thing for you is that as I’m using @Fidomobile , you will get twice the earnings for a lousy user experience.. not a bad treat

    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions you guys need to make Call Control available like your competitors have ASAP...your customers are getting increasingly frustrated with the spam phone calls non stop every day...please...a solution would be appreciated...

    @Fidomobile Poor show of customer service FIDO, I have a case number C174030759, I have been wrongly charged on bill and there is no one who is helping and just sending automated response. Just switched to FIDO and feels like I made a terrible mistake.
