@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions This is something that I've never expected from Fido. My 1st subscription was from Fido but as a customer, I really don't like your service at all. When you are not upto your mark, please do not try to advertise yourself & let people fall for your trap.

@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile On top of that, the supervisor named "Jill" hung the call on face and when I called back, the agent said I'll receive a call as the supervisor was busy with other customer. How can a supervisor take over other customer while on call with customer?

@Fidomobile 2 unacceptable events!! 1) to suspend my phone service when it was supposed to be my data that was to be suspended 2) to hang up on your customer when you were transferring me to another department

I’ve had my @Fidomobile account since March 2004. Due to incredibly poor customer service, overcharging I will be going to another carrier, take my advice do not use this carrier if you live in Canada

@Fidomobile I’m just letting you know that I’m not paying $1124 phone bill and I’m also billing you for the time waisted talking to your reps that refused to help me yesterday $80 a minute the call lasted a hour so do the math that’s $4800 you owe me
