    Normally i do not tweet, tks fido. Charged for LD, paying is ok, but never knew addon would expire, orig contract does not list that, CS do not have guts to say it must list Even your live chat agent questioned me if I read all the detail!? You think its ethical? @Fidomobile

    @Fidomobile Poor Customer Service. Encouraging Fraudulent shops who sell Fido. I bought two new lines and I was promised my setup service fee will be waived off but that's not the case and when I talk to cust. care to help me out they said they can't and store has all excuses.

    @Fidomobile No other company or deliverer (Amazon, Canada Post, Fedex, DHL, UPS) has similar problems and they often deliver more expensive goods. Online ordering is supposed to make life easier but you make it excruciating.

    Had three horrific conversations with 2 utility service providers @Fidomobile and an academic institution today @ucanwest. Glad I have options to change my service plan & select another school to continue my Exec. Edu. Nobody pays attention to customer service anymore?
