Anyone on @Fidomobile? Their new AskJack customer service system is the WOOOOORST. You can’t call them to talk to a rep anymore. It defers you to AskJack to schedule a callback. Just tried that and it said to call to get a code to return to AskJack to schedule a callback. WTF!!?

  • kytemark Mark Kyte (@kytemark) reported

@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions I have made three call back appointments through AskJack. I have never heard back. Each time I received a voice mail indicating that @Fidomobile tried to contact me. But there have been no missed calls. What's up? This is bad customer service!

  • TheFrostyPuma TheFrostyPuma (@TheFrostyPuma) reported

@Fidomobile Maybe work on customer service rather than tweeting about ******* Tacos

  • jayshah3828 JAY SHAH (@jayshah3828) reported

The worst customer service I ever got is from @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions. I just want to upgrade some service and for that to verify my account they asked my DOB and birth year was incorrect. Maybe that's my fault while creating new account but there is no way to update it online

  • jenn_vegan Jenn (@jenn_vegan) reported

signed up to have a Canadian number again with @Fidomobile, online sign up was not accepting my information, had to talk to the service chat to help, was assured that they would still wave the setup fee, now there's mysteriously no record of our conversation... such a scam.

  • Afrozinfysys mohammed azher (@Afrozinfysys) reported

  • baldajan Basil Al-Dajane (@baldajan) reported

Truly amazing! Got a new iPhone. @Fidomobile (Canada) doesn't support eSIM transfer. I have to walk over to the Fido Store and pick up a new QR code... and I'll be charged $10+tax for a piece of paper that has a QR code printed on it to activate an eSIM...
