    Your customer agent gives me an extension for an employee that hasn’t been working with Fido since July29th. I have been constantly asked to get in touch with a person who doesn’t even work for you. Your agents mock by saying ‘It has only been seven business days’ @Fidomobile

    @Fidomobile #takeresponsibility #worstcustomerexperience I am still waiting for the case to be resolved that has been ongoing for more than a month. Last month your team told me that the issue is resolved yet I got an incorrect bill this month, and I am chasing you guys again

    @Fidomobile you have the worst customer service I have interacted it. Worst company to deal with. I have been chasing you guys for past one month to fix a issue that you are responsible for. Your fraud team doesn’t get back. Your customer agents don’t know what to do #fido

    @Fidomobile why do you keep suspending my partner’s account? He has called customer service multiple times, they said they have fixed it but he again he cannot log into the app because it’s been suspended. For what ?!

    Today's @Fidomobile data outage I experienced is giving me flashbacks to the Canada-wide outage- again left without connectivity & Fido was not at my side- this time during a power outage!

    @Fidomobile your "new callback feature" does not work. I tried 5 times and never got a text with a link. It is impossible to get in touch with an agent. This is completely and utterly unacceptable.

    For those in #Canada who are on @Fidomobile, who suffered due to there 'outage' in July. The company wont listen to your complains, they will lie to you, and then ignore you. Go to the CRTC, get a lawyer - make an example from them. #fido

    @Fidomobile 1/2 my wife recently did an upgrade for a new. She did it through the #fido app and mistakenly did it on my number. I had already gotten a phone. Now #Fido thinks I upgraded again. I've informed them of the mistake but no luck. No customer service period. #Bigtelecom
