@Fidomobile Why has no CSA been able to assist with this issue? Wifi calling in another country when I am on airplane mode and only wifi. I have been charged for this can called twice and tried talking to someone on the online chat many times. It’s not okay!

@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions 50 for service (which he said would be zero), I was also charged the regular plan fee… This is not a joke and a formal discrimination of law.
@Fidomobile seems to be trying to scam customers with their wifi calling service and roaming charges! Have called twice with no solution and around $100 is extra charges since September. When I am in another country on airplane mode and wifi I should not receive any charges! Help
@Fidomobile usual crappy service from a major company. I’m at a Fido store but they cannot cancel your service and will not accept the equipment until you call customer service with the usual lengthy delay. More competition needed or we will continue to get crappy service!!
@Fidomobile don’t lie on your website saying 1-2 weeks shipping. Your customer services says phones will take 4+ weeks. I ordered online because it was convenient but I would have went to a Fido store if you put 4+ weeks on the we site. ******* blushit
