So @Fidomobile has a Refer A Friend program offering both people a free month. Been going on since May (but I never heard a thing). I convinced Jordyne to switch to Fido, and the following night, I found out about the program from an email. Now they tell us we can't benefit. Wtf?

  • BertrimJames Taylor James Bertrim (@BertrimJames) reported

@Fidomobile After so many tweets, screenshots and waste of time. I am offered $120 credit that makes the 24 months $5 discount. I am feeling like a beggar. Am I a Beggar to you @Fidomobile ? Is this how you treat other customers? Or its just me? #unfairTradePractice

  • albertfeghaly Albert Feghaly (@albertfeghaly) reported

@Fidomobile is not what it used to be anymore. I see myself forced to end a 7-years-old service from Fido because, apparently, a Fido agent misinforming a client and the client acting on false information is now the COSTUMER'S fault.

  • Mehak0401 Mehak (@Mehak0401) reported

@Fidomobile U changed my plan without giving me any notification. I had certain free international call minutes and now I can't see them in my plan. You have charged me for international calling in the last billing cycle. This is unfair! Share email ID where I can put a detailed complaint.

  • asjen Alice Jen (@asjen) reported

@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile : My husband, who has a phone with my Fido plan, was out walking earlier night (in Toronto) when he got a text message saying he activated roaming service in the US. But he did not and was not in the US. Any idea how this happened?

  • missmcTO missmc (@missmcTO) reported

@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions Phone not in stock online. Have to go to a store. Why won't you waive the $50 service fee for the inconvenience which is no fault of the customers?

  • TakahashiEdwin Edwin Takahashi (@TakahashiEdwin) reported

@Fidomobile If Fido is going to unilaterally alter its end of the agreement (referring to above) then I would appreciate at least having the option of cancelling service from the web.
