    @Fidomobile Fido customer service is garbage. Waste 10 to 30 in waiting for an agent and nothing gets resolved. Customer service agents have no clue what they are doing.

    . @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions I've been a customer for 7 years and spent thousands of dollars over the years and the customer service I get in response is a 3 hour phone run around when I'm disputing roaming charges from a country I've never step foot in. Ridiculous..

    @Fidomobile your website sucks..nothing works on it...you keep sending me emails saying to call you guys but you know...you guys cut me off so how am I supposed to get a hold of you if the live chat wont work and i cant call.. Ridiculous

    @Fidomobile Charged $60 for an account when I didn’t even receive the sim card. On 8th jan, i was assured that my account will be cancelled with no charges. Still have a balance owing. After a 2 hr call with C.S rep, I was told to pay for a service i didn’t use. Unacceptable.

    @Fidomobile AC 222888612 service cancelled equipment returned but no refund yet, returned on Jan 7 vide canada post no news very frustrating no number to call

    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions My new hobby during the pandemic: Spend hours on hold with fido to fix Major errors on Fido's part, that I have been assured were corrected....but not...multiple times! 63 minutes and counting on hold with the same two songs on repeat... #letdown
