    @CxoxMarie @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions Nope It’s not even shipped. Worst customer service ever from Fido. Why take an order if the phones are out of stock. They don’t even mention that phones are out of stock so we will ship it to you once back. Pathetic! 😔

    Day 4 of either being on hold for hours or cannot connect with a Live Chat agent at Fido.Been trying all day for 4 days. Rogers, why are you lying on your ads with commitment to improve service ? @Fidomobile @Rogers

    @Fidomobile chat disconnected me after 5 mins of inactivity after I waited for them for 3 hours. Phone lines are down. Haven't been able to reach you guys all week trying to set up voicemail. What gives?
