    @Fidomobile REFUSES to close my account even though I have moved out of the country! They are still taking money from my bank account. They will only cancel with LIVE AGENT. I have called 15+ times on hold 1-3 HOURS before disconnected by them!

    @Rogers I ordered s26 ultra 512 GB and sending me 26 basic with ultra price 😲 @Fidomobile @Rogers and they said we can't not cancel . you can just go to store and send back us why loose my time 😭

    @Fidomobile @RogersHelps I was convinced to return with the promise of FREE US calling but now I’m being charged. A/C No 507570791. Called brand ambassador team many times.lady who sold me the plan is “never at her desk” & no callback yet. This feels misleading. Please fix ASAP

    @Fidomobile I switched to a $27 plan that covers US roaming and free calls to 27 countries. After switching there are significant glitches that did not happen before. Is this a low tier service?

    I've been trying to cancel my phone line with @Fidomobile, and as far as I can tell, they've made it completely impossible to do that. Every time I've called (4 times) and gotten to the point where the rep realizes they can't convince me to stay, they hang up. (1/20)

    @Fidomobile I will never use Fido again even after unsubscribing to their emails I did not want when I started my account they won’t stop harassing me I’m getting hundreds of emails every month **** you fido you pieces of **** 💩 it’s been years I’m done
