    @Fidomobile your customer service is a joke. I requested a call back for today. Call got disconnected and now I can only get a call back tomorrow evening. This is absurd. The rep should have called me back. He put me on hold to look into something.

    Hey @Fidomobile , what's the point of "customer service" if I have to wait 2+ days just to speak to someone? My issue is urgent — by the time I get a callback, it'll be the weekend and I might as well go to a store. This is not acceptable. I need help now!!
