.@rogers/@Fidomobile: Oops our service is out for a full day. Our bad. Also Rogers/Fido: You now have to pay more for your plan so you can directly fund our upgrades and it doesn't have to come out of our billions in profits. 🙄

@Fidomobile : just pissed with how your agents are so hopeless. I am charged a 50 dollar for service fee which was expected to be credited back.This has not been done and your agents keep talking random stuff.

Just a warning never buy a phone online from @Fidomobile. The support is non existent. Trying to send back, phone and it won’t even connect to the internet to delete my files. Worst $1,000 purchase I’ve ever made! Want ME to phone Apple to fix THEIR phone 🖕🖕
