@Fidomobile why isn’t the mobile customer service working? I’ve been on hold for over two hours. Very frustrating.

  • olegkuibar Oleg 🇺🇦 (@olegkuibar) reported

The most awful customer support award goes to @Fidomobile 5 days no answer from customer support calls. Nobody calls back. Literally hours of waiting on a call for someone. Now my calls are dropped automatically. Amazing … All I need is to manually transfer phone number …

  • SaiNandipati Saiteja Nandipati (@SaiNandipati) reported

@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile trying to reach customer support from past 3 days via call/chat n even walk-in to multiple stores. Looks like no one is bothered about existing customers. Time to move on to different provider.

  • _kirstylee Kirsty Pretorius (@_kirstylee) reported

@Fidomobile I have had no mobile data service since Friday afternoon. Cannot get through to a live agent on chat. Spent 1h50 this morning holding for customer service. Cannot get through to technical support. In-store staff could not help. How do customers actually get support?!?

  • kelly_auryne kelly adams (@kelly_auryne) reported

@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions two and a half hours on hold to be told "sorry we can't answer your call try again later" and disconnected. Worst service in a decade. so disappointed. Was trying to speak to someone before switching to another. there is busy - then there is that...

  • san_bains Samandeep bains (@san_bains) reported

  • manveet_k Manveet Kaur (@manveet_k) reported

So @Fidomobile is offering great Black Fri deals to increase their customer base but won’t open those great deals to their existing customers…phone lines busy..chat queues closed..the in store employees have been directed not to entertain the existing customers..wow!

  • yu231233 Akira (@yu231233) reported

@akshayp2312 @Fidomobile @san_bains Fido customer solution people said they would call me back with confirmation or whatever, they never called back. Today, after two hours wait, an incompetent person put me back to the wait line. The chat service was cut off unless you keep typing. Being busy is not excuse.

@Hunny_diva @koodo @Fidomobile I know they can’t make you stay. But did they kick any phone tab costs down the road to month 25. I guess that’s my question.
