    Funday @Fidomobile thought today would be a randomly great day to cancel our internet service for no reason (legit they did that no joke for no reason) THEN they can’t figure out how to turn it on THEN send me to a store with no modems. 4.2gb in hotspot for WFH and counting. 🤬🤬

    @Fidomobile How do I file a complaint? I was offered a phone upgrade on Sunday and told I would be called back. Now get calls from Fido multiple times a day and as soon as I answer I’m hung up on. When I call in I’m told nothing is on file about a phone upgrade. Change providers?

    avoid @koodo. Can't call a live person. Must leave a message, call back up to 48hrs later. Can't get answers to the phone I ordered that hasn't arrived, from their chat or their help community. Suggest @Fidomobile...? #CustomerExperience #Mobile
