@Fidomobile I got a defective device and returned. Fido cannot do anything at this moment as Fido cannot discharge my financing obligation. I was told to call back next week. Another 2-3hour wait, I will never get my new phone, but Fido continue to charge me for no service.

@Fidomobile On Friday, Fido confirmed the device was received after 2 hours of wait on the phone. Fido customer support lied I would receive a contact email by Monday. I said to him that he was lying, so he told me he would call me on Monday at 11am. He did not call.

@Fidomobile i am trying to contact fido customer care from last 3 days thru chat/call but never i am able to connect to customer care . Didn’t know fido has such a poor customer service for the existing customers
