@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions I lost home internet connection for 3rd time in last 36 hours, everything is messed up because of no internet. Do something 2 get it fixed permanently. Everytime it is taking almost 45 minutes 2 talk 2 customer care. An inefficient support from #fido

@Fidomobile refusing to unlock my old phone because I am no longer a subscriber. So it gets tossed instead of being passed on to someone else who can use it. Clear attempt to circumvent legislation and all around *******-move.
