My phone is cut off for no payment even tho it is automatic debit and i have money in my account. FIDO i have no phone service and i am HAPPY TO PAY! This switch to "5G" has made my phone slower, everything takes longer to open, chatgpt takes forever to give answers now. Podcasts just stop streaming as I randomly lose service. Switch us back, 5G isn't ready and it sucks.

I've enabled FIDO Roam, purchased a travel pass, and tested every roaming setting on my phone, but I still can't connect to a local network.

Why do I have to wait until Monday to speak to a live person or get my problem resolved, that is ridiculous!!
