    @Fidomobile We have been trying to contact Fido for months with no response. We repeatedly requested to cancel our mobile plan as we are no longer living in Canada, yet we keep getting charged. Emails have gone unanswered, and this ongoing lack of support is totally unacceptable.

    @Fidomobile My case was closed without any explanation on 2g use. C214095741 Waited 2 hours on call 4 transfers and no resolution.

    @Fidomobile you guys are useless oh. Someone is calling for help for something and all your people want to do is push offers of higher phone & internet bill, upgrade phone or get Mastercard. Couldn’t even help resolve my issue. USELESS!!!

    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile Hi, I need to change a basic talk & text plan due to leaving Canada for a long time, but I couldn't find any downgrade plan on mobile plan pages. No complaint email provided, asked Jack bot nothing changed. Please help, otherwise suspend your line 😡

    @Fidomobile why is service so utterly **** at Lakeshore and Mississauga Rd?! I barely get data, I can never make effing calls. I've got to restart my phone constantly to get service here and it's been almost 3 years of it now! I'm nearong my wits end!
