@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile My entire family has been with FIDO for over 10 years. I left for @TELUSsupport a bit to come back now but was just reminded of why I left in the first place. It's crazy that Fido doesn't even try to compensate for the situation. Terrible service #FIDO

Ok get this. The kid bought wifi for her first apt. @Fidomobile messed it all up so badly that they offered a free tablet for 2 years ($15 after). When she moved, she called to cancel the modem. Yesterday, Collections calls *me* (co-signer), asking for the kid. Won’t tell me why.

@Fidomobile Since switching to your talk and text plan, your company has somehow stolen $200 from my balance and everytime I call you guys you keep passing me back and forth. Keep it up Fido and I'm gonna put you down. In the woods.

@Fidomobile Stop fooling customers. Customer service agent asked me that set up service fee will be waived in next bill. But when I called back after next bill then got to know nothing is there in note and nothing can be done. Interaction# I1642519645.
