    @Fidomobile My case was closed without any explanation on 2g use. C214095741 Waited 2 hours on call 4 transfers and no resolution.

    @Fidomobile It got fixed. Fido refused to acknowledge it was your cellular system. Once articles came out your company did something. Terrible service.

    @Fidomobile @RogersHelps @FidoSolutions You guys are trouble makers. I was at peace after leaving but you brought me back with false promises—no hotspot, no free US calling. And no one is calling me back, which is disappointing. Fix this ASAP or I’ll move back to my old provider

    @Fidomobile @CBC @CP24 Dear Fido! Your customer service was best till few yrs back. Now, it's worst among all. To get hold of customer service, one has to wait almost a week. What a pathetic service..... I guess Bell is far better.... SHAME....
