  @Fidomobile It got fixed. Fido refused to acknowledge it was your cellular system. Once articles came out your company did something. Terrible service.

  @Fidomobile disgraceful way to treat customers. Luring people in with an attractive price and then quietly increasing it just months later is deceptive and completely unacceptable. Don't want excuses or a generic explanation of your pricing policy. FIX THIS.

  Was a @Fidomobile customer for 18 years and cancelled today. They added a $5 charge to my already too-expensive plan and have been unwilling to keep me (not that you can actually talk to someone) Can’t wait for the win-back call in 2 weeks where suddenly they have flexibility
