zero_cool (@gtzvenegasluis) reported@Fidomobile I already cancelled and have the notification since 2026-05-28 the notification id is 2776928255 as of today Fido is still sending me bills. Can you please stop harassing, stealing, and billing me for a service I cancelled more than 3 months ago!
-
PeeDee (@dejiadefila) reported@Fidomobile I have rang your office and the line cut off while attending to me but they never got back. I have requested a cancellation of my number but you keep sending me account billings. Why give customers 5-7 days before you reach out?

Canadian Woman 🇨🇦 (@eraseing_woman) reportedJust opened a 4th phone line with @Fidomobile. They’re trying to charge me $80 for doing this - when the set up should’ve been free. Now I have to wait five days to talk to an agent because that’s how poor Fido’s customer service has become.
-
Evan (@evanoftheyukon) reported@Fidomobile I originally signed up because of their $27 plan for 80gb Can/US/Mex, overall a great deal. Thing is, the service is really bad in my area. I can currently get around 500mbps down with Bell where I live, and with Fido I consistently get 2-3, maybe up to around 20mbps. (2/21)

Vaibhav Panwar (@2vpvp) reported@Fidomobile I requested a call back from customer care, even after one hour of scheduled time. No one called me. What should I do?? #fido
-
Cha Plow (@VishPTG) reportedHey @Rogers @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions You can't just change the monthly phone plan prices whenever you want. We agreed on a set price that doesn't change for as long as we have It. We don't care about your investment in 5G network that you've trained your reps to tell us.
-
Vaibhav Panwar (@2vpvp) reported@Fidomobile I want to have updates on my changes, so I tried calling multiple times and it never connects to agent.
-
SC (@shark7456) reported@Fidomobile disgraceful way to treat customers. Luring people in with an attractive price and then quietly increasing it just months later is deceptive and completely unacceptable. Don't want excuses or a generic explanation of your pricing policy. FIX THIS.
-
Josh Robins (@joshie2424) reported@Fidomobile so now there is a giant outage of RCS. It’s all over the news. Can you tell the public when this will be fixed since you have denied it all this time.

Jasmeet Walia (@JasmeetWalia10) reported@Fidomobile your customer service is almost non existent, I got a scheduled appointment for after 3 days and nothing is happening when I picked up the call!! I waited nothing then tried to ask virtual assistant for my scheduled callback then obviously nothing!!
