    @Fidomobile needs help with their system. 2min automated call through 5 options to be told to click a link in a text to get a call back to another 2min of chatbot to find out that calls will be made in a few hours... Sorry but that's bad #UX.

    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions Why the hell am i charged the activation fee. My friend who had bought fido sim on the same day had got waiver on the activation fee but i haven't got one. Such a bad service.

    @Fidomobile Really had bad experience being fido’s 4 year customer, My account got suspended twice and charged me $ 120 for nothing, tried reaching customer service, Alas!! No help.

    @Fidomobile used to be my favorite. absolutely hate them now lol Have had to talk to them 6 times now and they always say they’ll fix something and never do. What a headache
