@Fidomobile Yup just spoke to customer retention which confirmed that the corporate evil overlords have tied the hands of staff to fix any billing problem by creating a strange workaround that returns my money in 6 months, pfft. I’m so NOT surprised that you’re keeping my money 6 months

@Fidomobile Someone called me yesterday from ur team after I ported to another network. When I asked her what is the offer she hung up the phone. No point of her calling me when bringing back client was never the intention but only making outbound call was....lol

@Fidomobile Thanks to FIDO for telling me my upgrade would arrive in "2 to 5 business" days when it is actually going to be 4 weeks. If customer service had been honest about I still could have purchased in store for the black Friday Promo and now I'm **** out of luck. 🖕

@bhaveshnthakkar @Fidomobile I am just waiting for this contract to get over in 2 years and will move to any other network provider as soon as possible. No coming back to this trash ever again. Biggest lesson learnt. A company that over promises beyond their capability.

Been on hold with @Fidomobile for close to an hour for a billing issue where they’ve overcharged me. First two calls they simply disconnected me and told me to call back. 🥴😵💫

I had heard that @Fidomobile is worst in customer care but never realized how important is to have responsive companies to work with until had a serious billing issue and not able to get to support for 3 days straight. 4 hour call queue

@Fidomobile What is going on with your service. I am your loyal customer from last two years and now you guys are trying to suck all my hard earned money. i have paid all my bills on time and even i am still getting bills of my own phone as it is still financed.
