@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions (1 of 3) Spent 1:04 mins a few days ago sorting new phone and plan. Spent 2 hours 43 minutes yesterday tying to solve issues with new plan and phone after it was determined that the initial CSR had fibbed about the price.

@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions out Fido home internet is really beginning to suck. Continuously drops and takes a lot of time to come back. With university exams online and business conducted from home we CANNOT have such poor service. Please help

@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions Told me that we can’t give you that deal as you our system doesn’t allow us. So basically I didn’t get what I signed up for and they gave me 10bucks off but took 3Gb away. Don’t go for online offers. Fido disappointed me after being a loyal customer for 20 years

@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions I lost home internet connection for 3rd time in last 36 hours, everything is messed up because of no internet. Do something 2 get it fixed permanently. Everytime it is taking almost 45 minutes 2 talk 2 customer care. An inefficient support from #fido

I can’t believe at the terrible service @Fidomobile is providing me. Been with you guys for over 10 years and you cannot offer any solution for these unwanted charges. WORSE SERVICE PROVIDER EVER!!!!!
