    @Fidomobile I'm just sick of Fido's empty promises, and unfortunately, I have to use public media to call them out on it. Fido promised $200 device credit, per credit, by the 3rd bill, and after wasting 3 hours, I have not yet received a call from them to resolve this issue.

    @thakkerjay @Fidomobile Rogers is saying they have a fibre cut in Richmond hill, but I’ve been following this since 1am and I’m seeing people from Subury, BC and Calgary all say the same thing! No service, all different providers

    @deahgee @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions stop blaming everyone’s phones. Your service is down. Multiple areas across Ontario don’t have service which is not safe during this time of day. Solve issue ASAP instead of wasting time by telling us to reboot our cellphones.
