@Fidomobile I am surprised that no one in your organization cares about customer retention or loyalty. I think it’s time to find a service provider that does. Your customer service just hang ups or runs into tech issues and have no solution. #poorcustomerservice #fido #Canada

@Ellie_Mirni @GooglePay @Fidomobile And I wasted two hours on the phone talking to Fido's support which has no deeper access than me to my records' logs apparently. All I'm left with is the third party company and beg them for my money back... outrageous. I don't even know them.

How disrespectful is it that I have been with @Fidomobile for years on a $90 30gb plan, and my friend just join @Fidomobile a couple days ago and is offered a $60 30gb deal. @Fidomobile you are about to lose a loyal customer

@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions this is exactly what I am sick and tired of. You are abusing the lack of proper competition and regulatory supervision. In my tweet I mentioned that I have contacted technical support but nothing happened!!! Only tonight I have more than 50 disruptions!

To any @Fidomobile long term customers who are on the $90 30gb plan and are wanting the $60 30gb plan they are offering to brand new customers. All u gotta do is cancel your account and make a new one. Cause they clearly don’t care about keeping long term customers…
