hi @CRTCeng is @Fidomobile allowed to unilaterally increase the monthly price for service without any prior notice?

@Fidomobile why are you charging 2x for Travel Passes - due to a KNOWN billing issue - but decline my case when I’ve spotted the obvious overcharge of $160 on my monthly bills? Appreciate an explanation.

Man @Fidomobile and @Rogers Your customer service really sucks now. Now we have to schedule a appointment with your stupid ******* AI. That is so stupid it only cares about paying bills. So if we want to speak to a human being about a issue with a bill or account. It BS!

After months of trying to resolve ongoing billing issues with @Fidomobile — including data overcharges that occurred while parental controls were active — I’m still waiting for a fair resolution. Partial credits don’t fix the underlying problem. Families deserve transparency and accountability, not exhaustion and confusion. Too many families just concede and pay because they don’t know how to fight back — allowing millions to be made off a faulty system. I won’t quietly accept that. A full reversal and goodwill credit are fair, considering the time, stress, and system failure that caused this. @CCTS_CRTC

@soban_shaikh @Fidomobile Yeah. Their customer service has really gone downhill the last few years. I stayed with them so long because of the customer service but now it’s why I will be leaving unfortunately.

I've had @Fidomobile since 1996. 30 ******* years. Today, I had to schedule a call back with an agent so that I can escalate an issue to a Supervisor, who will call me back in 48-72 business hours. Needless to say, I'm taking recommendations for a new provider.
