    @Fidomobile one of the worst companies and worst customer service I am supposed to get $75 one time credit on my bill it's not there when I call it says I have to request a call back really? Why can't we talk with customer service right away? And they don't work on weekends

    if i call @Fidomobile one more time and i get that stupid virtual assistant asking me to schedule a call 3 days out, i'm walking to the nearest Virginia mobile or koodo kiosk. speaking to someone to resolve an ongoing issue shouldn't be this difficult

    @Fidomobile Your AI agent is doing everything in its power to prevent me to speak to a real person. I'm having technical issues and I'm beyond frustrated as a new customer... not cool @Fidomobile not cool.... @Rogers

    @Fidomobile I have an appointment Omer Schell’s for tomorrow. I will let it ride and if no one calls this time I will commence shopping around for a new provider. Fido’s quality of customer service has nosedived recently. I used to be able to get a customer service rep on the phone.
