First, you guys left us hanging in an outage for pretty much a full day, didn't follow-up and I find that @fidomobile can just raise their prices whenever they want. YOU GUYS SUCK. NEVER ONCE HAD AN ISSUE WITH PUBLIC MOBILE. (3 4/4)

Has anyone has issues with their @Fidomobile data usage? Mine seems to be used even when I am on wifi + taken off even when I use the hour extra data.

@Fidomobile 1/3 Hi everyone, I am a student who lives on a tight budget and I took Fido service soon after landing in canada with my friends suggestion and I used to have a add on of 1000 international minutes for 3 dollars. One day fido offered me IPhone and I took it.

  • robwatt68 Robert Watt (@robwatt68) reported

So, nine days now with no cellular data since the @Rogers network failure, and no indication from @Fidomobile that it will be fixed

  • kofialam kofi (@kofialam) reported

Been a @Fidomobile customer for 7 years now. All I get is 1gb internet. This is how they treat their loyal customers, also charging a high price at the same time 😳. No where else on earth customers are cheated like this. I’m looking to switch. What’s good? Telus or bell?

  • JodiBaldwin JodiBaldwin (@JodiBaldwin) reported

@Rat11j @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile When an offer like this comes up, if you call the company - as an individual - and ask what they’ll do to keep you from leaving, you can usually get the same (or better) deal. I know it sucks. I know you shouldn’t have to. But it saves them money by not offering it to everyone.

@Fidomobile need urgent help, please check dm

  • BeantownCanuck Botchtown Canuck (@BeantownCanuck) reported

@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions That’s a pretty good deal, a lot better than the cell phone service that people actually pay you for but you don’t actually provide.
