    @manyfacesofeve_ @FidoSolutions So agree. I just tried contacting someone at Fido and all I could get was Jack. And possibly a call back tomorrow. When i tried to chat a message that they couldn't put me a queue as too busy. Horrible service @Fidomobile

    That my bill is higher and I called to get it corrected and I was told that I made long distance calls, this long distance has always been part of my plan, no extra changes. @Fidomobile did not inform me that the change in plan will affect any other thing. I was never informed

    @Fidomobile I had taken my number before I boarded from India so did not visit any store before taking number and wasn't informed in detail what the plan is, or to take care of this problem in advance. On compassionate grounds, request for your consideration of a rebate in my billing.

    I've been a @Fidomobile customer for about 15 years, maybe more 🤔 and today I'm considering switching providers. A popup on their app offered me 30gb for $48 but when I went to accept it, it showed 30gb for $70. 😡 Fido specialist says "loyalty" offers vary ... What!?

    @dcartwright999 @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile Yep. That's what happens when you automate very thing half the time it doesn't work. I said call back I times out ..twice. finally get a person on the phone get hung up on...twice. and it's almost everytime not once ina while , so frustrating

    Dear @Fidomobile I don't want to ask jack because jack doesn't know jack about what I want to do. I need to connect to a real person which I can never do when you MAKE me ask jack who doesn't know jack!
