@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile - my $30 a month plan and instead I get charged $96. Called the rep but I was told, it’s a known billing issue. I was told I’d get a email stating it’s been fixed but haven’t received any emails and it’s been more than a week. Very disappointed with Fido!!

@Fidomobile pretty great I get a certified pre owned phone and it doesn't even work, then I contact customer support get the run around and only to. Find out you guys don't even have a replacement for the phone I want.....
