Horrible customer service from @Fidomobile! Was offered a plan from an agent and when I called back they said it was an invalid offer. Been a customer for over 10 years, maybe it's time to change providers 😡😡😡...glad I'm on a month to month...

Hey @Fidomobile . I was just kicked off live chat after waiting almost an hour!! I really need you to stop sending me marking material in the mail. This is the 4th time that I am trying to stop this. We can't even get the service you provide at our current address!!!!
