anon (@anon26747971223) reported@Fidomobile @Rogers your towers are sending wrong GPS locations to phones. People in canada are pinging off towers in Peru. It's been a real pain. It has been multiple people with Fido and Rogers. Could you please fix this?

SC (@shark7456) reportedSigned up with @Fidomobile in March because of $30.51 plan. Few months later, price increased by $5/month - 16% increase. How is it reasonable to attract new customers with one price and then increase it after they sign up? Seriously undermines customer trust.

Kevin (@Kevin55515892) reported@cptsilvertooth @Fidomobile I cancelled my service with Fido too. Everyone else should do the same

alexdoulis (@mhighca) reported@Fidomobile ...No bars in Carlisle, L0R 1H1, your support bot is asking me which number to call. help please
-
Ad'Amore (@A_d_Amore) reported@Fidomobile I switched to a $27 plan that covers US roaming and free calls to 27 countries. After switching there are significant glitches that did not happen before. Is this a low tier service?
-
B-rantone (@_Brantone) reportedYikes, @Fidomobile makes it really hard to get in contact with them. Used to be great customer service. But trying online chat is useless and phone just goes in circles. Time to switch.

Canadian Woman 🇨🇦 (@eraseing_woman) reportedJust opened a 4th phone line with @Fidomobile. They’re trying to charge me $80 for doing this - when the set up should’ve been free. Now I have to wait five days to talk to an agent because that’s how poor Fido’s customer service has become.
-
Jim (@Jim_363) reported@FidoMobile, I’m extremely disappointed with the current customer service experience. After 30 minutes navigating an AI system with no resolution, the only option to speak with a representative was to schedule an appointment a week in advance. As a customer of 20 years, this level of service is unacceptable and has led me to reconsider my loyalty. @Bell, do you currently offer access to live customer service agents for long-term customers?
-
Dr. Strangelove (@Border_Guard77) reported@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions Hey, AI Fido, please tell your overlords to fix that ******* app! I’m sick and tired of constantly having to sign in. Also tell your overlords that your company customer service is rapidly deteriorating and is very ******🖕

🆒 Chris Parry (@ChrisParry) reportedI have a @Fidomobile cell & the signal is terrible where I live. Frequent dropouts, no 5g. I'm done with it. Went to a @FreedomMobile store and, respect to them, they admitted their signal is weak where I live too. They're new, so I'll wait, and their integrity won't be forgotten
