@Fidomobile I hate to sound like a broken record, but Fido still hasn't credit my activation fee from 5 months ago. They finally gotten to giving the sign up credit, but I'm still missing my activation credit, which is $80 for two accounts.

@Fidomobile I have an issue with the winback team. I was supposed to get some credit back in December 2020. After a long wait & fight, I got only part of in this month. I am tired of calling fido every month for something which should have been done automatically

@Fidomobile value your customer and respect your commitment. At the time of the contract store commited something and now it can not be done !!! Candadins are paying the highest price for the setvice and still company's not repecting theit commitments.

Beware of #fidomobile @Fidomobile is very unethical company. Since last 2 years I have been paying 73 CAD per month then they charged me 541 CAD in last month’s bill saying that ur long distance service is expired. Did not get any help from Cust. Support

@Fidomobile I contacted your customer service at 14:00 this afternoon +1 (888) 481-3436. The employee transferred me to a manager called Bianca. She’s quite rude. didn’t solve a problem for me and even yell at me at the end of conversation then hung off her phone call when I was speaking.
