  • TheAmazingAhmad my name is not ahmad (@TheAmazingAhmad) reported

First, you guys left us hanging in an outage for pretty much a full day, didn't follow-up and I find that @fidomobile can just raise their prices whenever they want. YOU GUYS SUCK. NEVER ONCE HAD AN ISSUE WITH PUBLIC MOBILE. (3 4/4)

  • AyeSiddique Zerin Alam (@AyeSiddique) reported

@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile You guys have the worst customer care service ever. There is no value for a loyal customer and you do not care to keep your customers. Please go bankrupt. There should be a petition about bringing US companies to Canada.

  • Yazkh Yaz Kh (@Yazkh) reported from Montréal, Québec

@Fidomobile Terrible customers service and it's like they don't care about their loyal customers anymore. Leaving them ASAP.

  • tea4tamara Tamara (@tea4tamara) reported

@Fidomobile: look at these GREAT plans we offer! Also Fido: oh wait - you're already a customer? No, you can pay what you pay or you can pay more, those are your only two options. Also Fido: (but we're SUUUPER sorry about that blackout thing. Have five days free.)

  • AyeSiddique Zerin Alam (@AyeSiddique) reported

@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile @fido customer services just went down the drain. I have been transferred without any warring. Representatives are not helpful at all.

  • pabsgatsby Pabsgatsby (@pabsgatsby) reported

@Rogers @Fidomobile I lost a day’s pay because of you guys and your dumbass outage I’m suing for everything you’ve got see you in court

  • hollykent Holly Kent (@hollykent) reported

Last summer @Fidomobile told Prince Edward County residents that they were building new towers to handle the influx of Rogers users in the summer months. A full year later and I still have almost no cell service in July. What happened with the towers, @Rogers and @FidoSolutions?

  • IvanaSantilli Ivana Santilli (@IvanaSantilli) reported

To be honest, I didn't even know there was a Canadian cell service outage, as my @Fidomobile roam like home has been malfunctioning like that the whole 2 months. Fido, I hope you do right by my refund

  • Lil_Clippy Lori Clipperton (@Lil_Clippy) reported

Hey @Fidomobile get it together. I know call volumes are high but, I’ve been hung up on twice today! Ask Jack’s service is overwhelmed and not working. $175.00 in extra data charges is unacceptable for 9 days without a working phone. #whatisapukcode

  • robwatt68 Robert Watt (@robwatt68) reported

So, nine days now with no cellular data since the @Rogers network failure, and no indication from @Fidomobile that it will be fixed
