  @Fidomobile was signing for a new plan and as usual nothing worked , submitted license and photo then shows message need more information and a contact number shows that is not in service, bunch of incompetent…

  @Fidomobile I already cancelled and have the notification since 2026-05-28 the notification id is 2776928255 as of today Fido is still sending me bills. Can you please stop harassing, stealing, and billing me for a service I cancelled more than 3 months ago!

  Was a @Fidomobile customer for 18 years and cancelled today. They added a $5 charge to my already too-expensive plan and have been unwilling to keep me (not that you can actually talk to someone) Can’t wait for the win-back call in 2 weeks where suddenly they have flexibility
