@Fidomobile needs help with their system. 2min automated call through 5 options to be told to click a link in a text to get a call back to another 2min of chatbot to find out that calls will be made in a few hours... Sorry but that's bad #UX.

I have been living in Canada for 8 months and have not missed any credit card payment till date,credit card score is also better than you think But I have visited Fido's store 5 times to get the iphone and I faced harrassment because of the worst service of fido @Fidomobile

@Fidomobile I was talking to a customer solution specialist and the line was dropped. No solution was provided to me for july 8 outage for which you guys gave me peanuts…Refund amount is not acceptable to me..if you can’t make it good enough than take it back. I don’t need it.

@Fidomobile again my network is down, for the third time in under 2 and a half months. I need my phone for work, to receive packages, to be able to contact the outside world. I am done with this service, I think I'm going to look into bell.

Thanks @RogersHelps and @Fidomobile for switching my area to fibre internet only so an incredibly poor person like me has to get an unnecessary and expensive internet package. Absolute garbage.
