    @Fidomobile & @Rogers, UR mobile customers would appreciate U configuring customer service support queues 2 call us back, rather than have us wait on the phone for extended periods of time (unless U call first thing in the morning) Please add your hours to after hours recording

    I didn't think there was such a thing worse than @RogersHelps #customerservice until I had an issue with @Fidomobile . Its much worse. Oh wait, Fido is Rogers. SMH.

    Horrible customer service from @Fidomobile . After being with them for over 15 years plus they increased my price and when I called to ask they tried a bandaid fix. Guess this is their way of saying they don't value me as a customer. 🤬 Time to shop around to other providers!

    @Fidomobile I already cancelled and have the notification since 2026-05-28 the notification id is 2776928255 as of today Fido is still sending me bills. Can you please stop harassing, stealing, and billing me for a service I cancelled more than 3 months ago!

    @Fidomobile Fido failed to fix fido app, after one month and 20 days when eventually quit fido they fixed it and send an email to me saying your app is fixed and account is linked to youe account. Whats the point in doing this when I already quitt. this is waht fido serves like.
