This is about to blow up on YouTube this weekend, 2hours long conversation with people lying and making contradicting statements, your rude customer service tried to buy me off with 5$ off for 3 months. #ticktock #youtube blowing this up!, I’m switching to @Fidomobile

@greg_gerla @Fidomobile The CRTC can regulate/create policy, but the phone companies have to implement the policies/regulations. The CRTC last year passed a policy/regulation to help deal with obvious scam calls (the ones coming from impossible numbers), but spoofed numbers seem more complicated.

@Fidomobile Hey Fido, tell me why it's so damn hard to get a charge removed after a buyer's remorse? CRTC: "You can return your cellphone within 15 days, without penalty, if you are unhappy with your service. Use up to half of your allowed monthly usage during the trial period"
